சமூக அக்கறையுடன் செயல்பட்ட சிறுவர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட 'குழந்தை தலைவர் விருதுகள் 2019'

இளைஞர்கள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் தலைமைத்துவ மையம் (Trust for Youth and Child Leadership- TYCL) குழந்தை நேயப் பணிகளில் ஈடுபடும் குழந்தைகளையும் அவர்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும் ஆசிரியர், காவலர், பள்ளி, குடும்பம், கிராமம் ஆகியவற்றை அங்கீகரித்து கௌரவிக்கும் விதமாக ’குழந்தை தலைவர் விருது’ வழங்கி கெளரவிக்கிறது. அந்த வகையில் ’குழந்தை தலைவர் விருது 2019’ விழா டிசம்பர் 14ம் தேதி புதுவை கம்பன் கலை அரங்கில் நடைபெற்றது. 30ஆம் ஆண்டு சர்வதேச குழந்தைகள் உரிமை தினத்தை கொண்டாடும் விதத்தில் TYCL இந்த விருதுகளை வழங்கிவருகிறது. புதுச்சேரி, சென்னை, கடலூர் மற்றும் விழுப்புரம் மாவட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த 10-17 வயதுக்கு உட்பட்ட குழந்தைகள் இவ்விருத்துக்கு விண்ணப்பித்திருந்தனர்.

தேர்வுக் குழு மூலம் நேர்காணல் நடத்தப்பட்டு வெற்றியாளர்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு, புதுச்சேரியில் நடைப்பெற்ற விழாவில் விருதுகள் வழங்கி கெளரவிக்கப்பட்டனர். இவ்விழாவில் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களாகக் கலந்து கொண்ட வருமான வரித்துறை கூடுதல் ஆணையர் நந்தகுமார், புதுவை மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் டி.அருண், யுவர்ஸ்டோரி தமிழ் ஆசிரியர் இந்துஜா ரகுனாதன் மற்றும் பாடகி கலைமாமணி எஸ்.ஜே.ஜனனி ஆகியோர் வெற்றிப் பெற்ற குழந்தைகளுக்கு விருதுகளை வழங்கினார்கள். விருதுகளை வழங்கி சிறப்புரை ஆற்றிய நந்தகுமார் ஐஆர்எஸ், போட்டி நிறைந்த இன்றைய உலகில் குழந்தைகள் சிறப்பாக வெற்றியடைய அவர்கள் கற்றுக்கொண்டவற்றை நடைமுறைப் படுத்தவேண்டியது மிகவும் முக்கியம் என்று வலியுறுத்தினார்.

கற்றல் குறைபாடு உள்ள பலர் போட்டித் தேர்வுகளில் சிறப்பான மதிப்பெண்கள் எடுப்பதைப் பார்க்கமுடிகிறது. எனவே சரியான அணுகுமுறைக் கொண்டுள்ள எந்த ஒரு குழந்தையும் இந்தத் தேர்வுகளில் வெற்றியடையலாம் என்றும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார். பல குழந்தைகளுக்கு ஊட்டச்சத்து நிறைந்த உணவும் முறையான பள்ளிப்படிப்பும் கிடைப்பதில்லை என வருத்தம் தெரிவித்தார். “குழந்தைகளை வளர்த்தெடுப்பதில் ஊட்டச்சத்து நிறைந்த உணவு, கல்வி ஆகிய இரண்டும் முக்கியமானவை. பல குழந்தைகளுக்கு அவர்களது ஆரம்ப நாட்களில் ஊட்டச்சத்து நிறைந்த உணவு கிடைப்பதில்லை. இதனால் வளரும் பருவத்தில் அவர்களுக்கு ரத்த சோகை பாதிப்பு ஏற்படுகிறது,” என்றார்.

அவரைத் தொடர்ந்து விருதுகளை வழங்கிவிட்டு பேசிய புதுச்சேரி மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அருண், விருதுகளைப் பெற்றுள்ள குழந்தைகள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களை பார்க்கும் பொழுது ஊக்கமும், தன்னம்பிக்கையும் கூடுவதாக தெரிவித்தார். மேலும், “விருது பெற்ற அரசுப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களின் பணிகளைப் பாராட்டிவிட்டு, இந்த ஆசிரியர்கள் தன் மாநில அரசுப் பள்ளிகளுக்கு வந்து, அங்குள்ள எல்லா ஆசிரியர்களையும் ஊக்கப்படுத்தவும், அவர்களும் மாணவர்களின் முன்னேற்றத்துக்கு புதிய வழிகளை வழிகாட்ட உதவிடவும் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார்.

'Child Leadership Awards 2019' for Children in Social Care

(TYCL) recognizes and honors the teacher, guard, school, family, village and children who engage in child welfare. 'The donor honors. The Celebrate Child Leader Award 2019 was held on December 14 at the Art Gallery of Puduvai. TYCL is presenting these awards to mark 30th International Children's Rights Day. Children aged 10-17 from Puducherry, Chennai, Cuddalore and Villupuram district have applied for the scheme. Arun, Yourstory Tamil teacher Induja Raghunathan and singer Kalaimamani SJ Janani presented the awards to the winning children. Nandakumar, who presented the awards, said the IRS emphasized that it is important for children to practice what they have learned to be successful in a competitive world. Many people with learning disabilities are seen to score better in competitive exams.

Therefore, any child with the right attitude can succeed in these choices, he added. He regretted that many children lacked nutritious food and proper schooling. “Nutrition-rich diet and education are both important in raising children. Many children do not get enough nutritious food in their early days. Puducherry district collector Arun said that he would be encouraged and confident to see the award winning children and teachers.
