4 முறை எழுதியும் டெட் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறாத 1747 ஆசிரியர்கள்: பணிநீக்கம் செய்ய தமிழக அரசு முடிவு?

சென்னை: தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறாத 1747 ஆசிரியர்களை பணிநீக்கம் செய்ய அரசு முடிவு செய்துள்ளதாக தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டப்படி ஆசிரியர்களாக பணியாற்ற கூடியவர்கள் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வினை முடிக்க வேண்டும் என்பது விதியாகும். அதன் அடிப்படையில் அரசு பள்ளிகளை பொறுத்தவரை உயர்நிலை மற்றும் மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வு முடித்தவர்கள் ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமனம் செய்யப்படுகிறார்கள். அரசு உதவிபெறும் பள்ளிகளில் இதுவரை 1747 பேர் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வினை முடிக்கவில்லை. தமிழக அரசு அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்ட விதிகளை அமல்படுத்திய 2011-ம் ஆண்டு முதல் அடுத்த 5 ஆண்டுகளில் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வினை முடிக்க வேண்டுமென்று அரசு உத்தரவிட்டிருந்தது.

நான்கு முறை தமிழகத்தில் டெட் தேர்வு நடத்தப்பட்டு தேர்வில் தகுதி பெற வாய்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் 1747 ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்ச்சி பெறவில்லை. இதனால் அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையில் இவர்கள் ஆசிரியர்களாக பணியாற்ற முடியாது சூழல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. போதிய வாய்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால் மீண்டும் வாய்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்படும் சூழ்நிலை இல்லை என்று அரசு தரப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்நிலையில் அரசு உதவி பெறும் உயர்நிலை மற்றும் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் பணியாற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களின் விவரங்களை உடனடியாக அனுப்ப வேண்டும் என்று மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கு பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. இதனால் அரசு உதவிப்பெறும் பள்ளிகளில் பணியாற்றும் 1747 பணி நீக்கம் செய்யப்படுவார்கள் என்று பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளன. மேலும் காலியாகக்கூடிய பணியிடங்களில் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வினை முடித்தவர்கள் பணி நியமனம் செய்யப்படுவார்கள் என்றும் பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

1747 teachers failing to pass 4 exam dead: Tamil Nadu government decision to sack

Chennai: The government has decided to lay off 1747 teachers who did not qualify. According to the Right to Education Act, all persons who can serve as teachers must complete the qualifications. On the basis of government schools, teachers who have completed their qualifications in higher and secondary schools are appointed as teachers. So far 1747 government-aided schools have not completed teacher qualifications.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has enacted the Right to Education Act of 2011 and has decided to complete the qualifications of teachers for the next 5 years. 1747 teachers have not passed the test in four times in Tamil Nadu and after being given the opportunity to qualify. Thus, they cannot work as teachers on the basis of the Right to Education Act. The government has said that there is no opportunity for re-opportunity as there are ample opportunities.

In this case, the school department has directed the district primary education officials to immediately send in the details of teachers working in government-assisted secondary and secondary schools. According to school sources, 1747 employees of government-aided schools will be fired. Also, vacancies will be recruited for those who have completed the qualifications of teachers, school sources said.
