ஜனவரியில் நடக்கும் திருப்புதல் தேர்வில் அமலாகிறது 

தேர்வுக்கு முன்பு வெளியாவதை தவிர்க்க 10, 11, 12-ம் வகுப்பு வினாத் தாளை நேரடியாக பள்ளிகளுக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் வழியாக அனுப்ப கல்வித் துறை முடிவு செய்துள்ளது. தமிழக பள்ளிக்கல்வி பாடத் திட்டத்தில் 10, 11, 12-ம் வகுப்பு களுக்கு பொதுத் தேர்வுகள் நடத் தப்படுகின்றன. இதனால் அனைத்து வகை பள்ளிகளிலும் காலாண்டு, அரையாண்டு, திருப்புதல் தேர்வு களுக்கு ஒரே வினாத்தாள் பயன் படுத்தப்படுகிறது. 

 சமீபகாலமாக காலாண்டு, அரையாண்டு தேர்வு வினாத் தாள் முன்கூட்டியே சமூக வலை தளங்களில் வெளியாகி வருகின் றன. தற்போது நடந்த அரை யாண்டு தேர்விலும் 10, 11-ம் வகுப்புt களுக்கான சில பாடங்களின் வினாத்தாள்கள் முன்னதாக ஷேர்சாட், ஹாலோ போன்ற செயலிகள் வழியாக வெளியாகி சர்ச்சையை ஏற்படுத்தின. இதுகுறித்து திருநெல்வேலி உள்ளிட்ட சில மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் அளித்த புகா ரின் அடிப்படையில், சைபர் கிரைம் போலீஸார் விசாரணை நடத்தி வருகின்றனர்.

இதுபோன்ற நிகழ்வு களை தடுக்க, இனிமேல் வினாத் தாளை பள்ளிகளுக்கு நேரடி யாக மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் அனுப்ப உள்ளதாக கூறப்படுகிறது. இதுகுறித்து தேர்வுத் துறை அதிகாரிகள் கூறியதாவது: பொதுவாக, அனைத்து வகுப்பு களுக்கும் மாவட்டவாரியாக வினாத்தாள் தயாரிக்கப்படும். பொதுத் தேர்வு நடைபெறும் 10, 11, 12-ம் வகுப்புகளுக்கு மட்டும் காலாண்டு, அரையாண்டு, திருப்பு தல் தேர்வு வினாத்தாளை தேர்வுத் துறை வடிவமைக்கும். இந்த வினாத்தாள்கள், மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அதிகாரிகளுக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் அனுப்பப்படும். 

வினாத்தாளை அச்சிட மண்டல வாரியாக தனியார் அச்சகங்களுடன் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த அச்சகங்களில் வினாத் தாளை அச்சிட்டு மாவட்ட கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் மூலம் 15 பள்ளிk களுக்கு மையமாக இருக்கும் ‘நோடல்’ பள்ளிகளில் ஒப்படைக் கப்படும். தேர்வு நாளன்று சம்பந் தப்பட்ட பள்ளி பொறுப்பாளர்கள் வினாத்தாளை பெற்றுச் செல்வார் கள். குறைந்த மாணவர்கள் படிக்கும் சில தொழிற்பிரிவு பாடங்களுக்கு மட்டும் வினாத்தாள் நேரடியாக பள்ளிகளுக்கு குறுந்தகடு மூலம் அனுப்பப்படும். பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் அதை நகல் எடுத்து மாணவர்களுக்கு வழங்குவார்கள்.

மேலும், தனியார் அச்ச கங்கள் மூலம் மாணவர்களுக்கு வினாத்தாள் விற்கப்படுவதாகவும் தகவல்கள் வருகின்றன. இதற்கு மாற்று ஏற்பாடாக 10, 11, 12-ம் வகுப்பு வினாத்தாள்களை இனி நேரடியாக பள்ளிகளுக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் வழியாக அனுப்ப திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதன்படி தேர்வுக்கு 2 மணி நேரம் முன்புதான் பள்ளிகளுக்கு வினாத்தாள்t அனுப்பப்படும். அதை தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் உடனடி யாக நகல் எடுத்து மாணவர்களுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும். ஜனவரியில் நடக்க உள்ள திருப்புதல் தேர்வின்போது இந்த நடைமுறையை பின்பற்ற பரி சீலனை செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது. உயர்நிலை, மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி களில் கணினி, பிரின்டர், இணைய தள வசதிகள் ஏற்கெனவே உள் ளன. எனவே, தலைமை ஆசிரி யர்களுக்கு சிரமம் இருக்காது. 

கூடுதல் தேவைகள் இருப்பின் விரைவில் சரிசெய்யப்பட்டு, வினாத்தாள் வெளியாவது அடுத்த ஆண்டு முதல் முற்றிலுமாக தடுக்கப்படும். இவ்வாறு அதிகாரிகள் கூறினர்.தேர்வுக்கு 2 மணி நேரம் முன்புதான் பள்ளிகளுக்கு வினாத்தாள் மின்னஞ்சலில் அனுப்பப்படும். அதை தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் உடனடியாக நகல் எடுத்து வழங்க வேண்டும்

General exams for 10th, 11th and 12th grades are held in Tamilnadu school curriculum. Thus the same question paper is used for quarterly, half-yearly, and revision examinations in all types of schools. 

Recently, quarterly and half-yearly quiz sheets have been published on social networks in advance. At the current half-year exam, some subjects for 10th-11th grade classes have been disputed earlier by processors like Sherzad and Halo. 

According to a complaint lodged by some district primary education officials, including Tirunelveli, the cybercrime police are investigating. Selection Department officials said: Generally, a district-wide questionnaire will be prepared for all classes. The Examination Department will design a Quarterly, Half-yearly and Turn-over Examination Questionnaire for classes 10, 11 and 12, where the general exam is held. These questionnaires will be mailed to the District Primary Education Officers. The printing of the questionnaire has been signed by the Regional wise Private Printers. 

The printing of the question paper will be handed over to the nodal schools, which are central to 15 schools through district education authorities The school trustees will receive the quiz on the day of the exam. The questionnaire will be sent directly to the schools through a CD-ROM only for certain vocational subjects studied by lesser students. The school headmasters will copy it and present it to the students. In the meantime, some private schools have left the questionnaire in bulk from the nodal centers claiming something. It is possible to publish the question paper before the private schools. 

There are also reports that students are being questioned by private fears. As an alternative, the 10th, 11th and 12th question papers will be sent directly to schools via email. Accordingly, the question paper will be sent to schools only 2 hours before the exam. Headmasters should immediately duplicate it and present it to the students. This procedure is being pursued during the January reversal exam. Computer, printer, internet access is already available in high and secondary schools. 

Therefore, the chief aspirants will have no difficulty. If there are additional requirements, soon the issue will be adjusted and the questionnaire will be completely blocked from next year.
