ஊரக உள்ளாட்சித் தேர்தல் வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை ஜனவரி 2-ஆம் தேதி நடப்பதால் அன்று நள்ளிரவு வரை வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கையில் பங்கேற்றுவிட்டு மறுநாள் (ஜன. 3) காலை பள்ளிகளுக்கு செல்வதில் ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இதைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு பள்ளிகள் திறப்பை ஒருநாள் ஒத்தி வைக்குமாறு தமிழக அரசுக்கு ஆசிரியா் சங்கங்கள் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளன. தமிழகத்தில் இரண்டாம் கட்ட உள்ளாட்சித் தேர்தல் முடிந்த பிறகு ஜனவரி 2-ஆம் தேதி வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை நடக்கிறது. 

இந்நிலையில் இந்த வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கையில் பங்கேற்கும் பள்ளி ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு தற்போது சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை 2-ஆம் தேதி காலை தொடங்கி இரவு வரை நடக்கவாய்ப்புள்ளது. இதில் பங்கேற்கும் அரசு ஊழியா்கள், பள்ளி ஆசிரியா்கள் 

அவா்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட பணி ஆணையுடன் வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை மையங்களுக்கு அதிகாலை 5 மணிக்குள் வர வேண்டும் என்றும், பணி ஆணை இல்லாமல் வந்தால் அவா்கள் வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை மையத்துக்குள் அனுமதிக்கப்பட மாட்டாா்கள் என்றும் மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணையம் அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளது. 

ஜன. 2-ஆம் தேதி நடைபெறவுள்ள வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை முடிந்து அதில் பங்கேற்ற ஆசிரியா்கள் வீடு திரும்புவதற்கு நள்ளிரவு ஆக வாய்ப்புள்ளது. மறுநாள் 3-ஆம் தேதி பள்ளிகள் திறக்கப்படுவதாக பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை அறிவித்துள்ளது. 

முந்தைய நாள் அதிகாலை 5 மணி முதல் அன்று முழுவதும் வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கையில் பங்கேற்று விட்டு நள்ளிரவு வீடு திரும்பி, மறுநாள் பள்ளிகளுக்கு மீண்டும் செல்வது மிகுந்த சிரமம் ஏற்படும் என்றும், மறுநாள் 3-ஆம் தேதி முதல் நாள் என்பதால் அன்று விடுமுறையும் எடுக்க முடியாது என்பதால் ஆசிரியா்கள் அதிருப்தியடைந்துள்ளனா். 

இது குறித்து தமிழ்நாடு ஆரம்பப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியா் கூட்டணி, தமிழ்நாடு அரசு ஊழியா்கள் ஆசிரியா்கள் நல கூட்டமைப்பு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆசிரியா் முன்னேற்றச் சங்கம் என பல்வேறு ஆசிரியா் சங்கங்கள் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது: 'இந்தத் தோதலில் வாக்குப்பதிவு பணியும், வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை பணியும் ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

அதில் பங்கேற்பதில் எந்தச் சிரமமும் இல்லை. ஆனால், வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை முடிந்த மறுநாளே பள்ளிகள் திறப்பதால் நள்ளிரவு வரை தோதல் பணி பாா்த்துவிட்டு மறுநாள் காலை உடனே பள்ளிகளுக்கு திரும்புவது சிரமம். அதனால், பள்ளித் திறப்பை ஒரு நாள் தள்ளி வைக்கலாம் அல்லது வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கையில் பங்கேற்ற ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு மறுநாள் விடுமுறை வழங்க பள்ளி கல்வித் துறை நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கலாம். 

பள்ளி ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு இருக்கும் இந்த சிரமத்தை தேர்தல் அதிகாரிகள் அரசின் கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டு செல்ல வேண்டும். 2020-ஆம் ஆண்டின் முதல்வேலை நாளை புத்துணா்வோடு தொடங்க ஏற்ற சூழல் இருக்காது என்பதால் இந்த கோரிக்கையை அரசு பரிசீலிக்க வேண்டும்' என அதில் கூறியுள்ளனா். 

தேர்தல் ஆணையம் பரிசீலனை பள்ளிகள் திறப்பை மேலும் ஒருநாள் ஒத்திவைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற ஆசிரியா் சங்கங்கள் விடுத்த கோரிக்கை குறித்து தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தின் கவனத்துக்கு கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆசிரியா்களின் கோரிக்கை முறைப்படி அளிக்கப்பட்டால் அது குறித்து பரிசீலிக்க பரிந்துரைக்கப்படும் என்று தோதல் ஆணைய வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்தன.

Postponement of schools 'opening day: Teachers' unions have demanded the government 

To have a problem with teachers going to schools the next day (Jan. 3) after participating in ballot counts until midnight on January 2. In view of this, Teachers Associations have asked the Government of Tamil Nadu to postpone the opening of schools one day. Voting will take place on January 2 after the second phase of local government elections in Tamil Nadu. 

At this juncture, the number of school teachers participating in the polls is currently troubling. Voting begins on the morning of the 2nd day and runs from night to night. The State Board of Trustees has advised that participating government employees and school teachers should come to the polling booths at 5 am with the work order issued by them. 

Teachers who participated in the voting count on the 2nd are likely to return home by midnight. The school education department has announced that the schools will open on the 3rd. Teachers are dissatisfied with the fact that it will be very difficult to return home at midnight and return to school the next day by participating in ballot counts from 5am the previous day. 

In a statement issued by various teachers 'unions, Tamil Nadu Primary School Teachers Alliance, Tamil Nadu Government Employees Teachers' Welfare Association and Tamil Nadu Teachers 'Advancement Association said:' Voting and voter turnout have been given to teachers in this conflict. There is no difficulty in participating in it. But the schools open the next day after the counting of votes, and it is difficult to return to the schools the next morning after work until midnight. 

Thus, the school may either postpone the school's opening day, or the school education department may take a day off for teachers participating in ballot counts. This difficulty for school teachers should be brought to the notice of the authorities. The government should consider this request as there is no suitable environment for the first day of the year 2020 to begin with a fresh start, ”it said. 

The Teaching Commission's review has been brought to the notice of the Teachers 'Union for a one-day postponement of the Teachers' Associations. The Teachers 'Authority sources said that the request would be considered if the teachers' request was properly met.
