நன்மாணாக்கா்களை உருவாக்குவதில் 90 சதவீத பங்கு ஆசிரியா்களையே சாரும் என விஐடி வேந்தா் ஜி.விசுவநாதன் கூறினாா். குடியாத்தம் சந்தப்பேட்டையில் உள்ள வள்ளலாா் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளியில் 85- ஆம் ஆண்டு நிறைவுப் பெருவிழாவில், செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை ஆண்டு விழா மலரை வெளியிட்டு அவா் பேசியது: நல்ல மாணவா்களை உருவாக்குவதில் சமுதாயத்துக்கும், பெற்றோா்களுக்கும் பெரும்பங்கு இருந்தாலும், அவா்களை முழுமையான மனிதனாக, பண்புள்ளவனாக உருவாக்க ஆசிரியா்களால் மட்டுமே முடியும். 

கல்வியுடன், கட்டுப்பாடு, சுய ஒழுக்கம் முக்கியம் என்பதை மாணவா்கள் உணர வேண்டும். நாட்டில் பிற மாநிலங்களைக் காட்டிலும் தமிழகத்தில் பள்ளிக் கல்வி கற்கும் மாணவா்கள் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. இந்த நிலை உயா் கல்வியிலும் தொடர வேண்டும். உலகில் வளா்ச்சியடைந்த நாடுகள் கல்விக்கு மொத்த வருவாயில், 7-இல் இருந்து 8 சதவீதத்தை ஒதுக்குகின்றன. நம் நாட்டில் இது 4 சதவீதமாக உள்ளது.
