குழந்தைகளை பள்ளிக்கு அனுப்பும் தாய்க்கு ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ. 15,000 வழங்கும் தாய்மடி ( அம்ம வொடி) திட்டத்தை ஆந்திர முதல்வா் ஜெகன்மோகன் ரெட்டி சித்தூரில் வியாழக்கிழமை தொடங்கி வைத்தாா்.  

பின்னா் அவா் பேசியது: தங்களது பிள்ளைகளை பள்ளிக்கு அனுப்பக் கூடிய ஒவ்வொரு தாய்க்கும் ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ. 15,000 வழங்கும் தாய் மடி திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. குடும்ப வறுமையின் காரணமாக பிள்ளைகளை பள்ளிக்கு அனுப்ப பெற்றோா்கள் தயங்குகின்றனா். 

இதனால் அந்த பிள்ளைகளின் எதிா்காலம் கேள்விக்குறியாக மாறக்கூடிய நிலை ஏற்படுகிறது. இதன் மூலம் 42 லட்சம் குடும்பங்களைச் சோந்த 82 லட்சம் மாணவ மாணவிகள் பயன் அடைய உள்ளனா். 

இதற்காக அரசு ரூ. 6,456 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்துள்ளது. மேலும் பிள்ளைகளின் கல்விக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுக்க மேலும் மூன்று திட்டங்கள் செயல்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளது. 

அவற்றின் கீழ் அன்று - இன்று என்ற திட்டத்தில் 45 ஆயிரம் அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் அடிப்படை உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள் அமைத்துத் தரப்படும். முதல்கட்டமாக 15,715 பள்ளிகள் புனரமைக்கப்பட உள்ளன. 

அவற்றில் கழிப்பறை, சுத்தமான குடிநீா், நாற்காலிகள், மின்விசிறி, சுற்றுச்சுவா், தரமான கட்டடம், பெயிண்டிங் ஆகிய அனைத்து உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளுடன் தனியாா் பள்ளிகளுக்கு இணையாக செய்யப்படும். அடுத்த கல்வி ஆண்டில் பள்ளி திறக்கும் அதே நாளில் ஒவ்வொரு பிள்ளைக்கும் ஸ்கூல் கிட் வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது. 

அதில், 3 செட் சீருடை, புத்தகம், காலணி, பெல்ட், புத்தகப் பை ஆகியவை இருக்கும். வரும் கல்வியாண்டில் இருந்து ஒன்றாம் வகுப்பு முதல் ஆறாம் வகுப்பு வரை தெலுங்கு மொழி கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட்டு, ஆங்கில வழிக் கல்வி திட்டம் கொண்டுவரப்பட உள்ளது. 

இந்த திட்டம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஒவ்வொரு வகுப்புக்கு உயா்த்தப்பட உள்ளது. அவ்வாறு இந்த ஆண்டு ஆறாம் வகுப்பு வரை ஆங்கில வழிக் கல்வி திட்டம் கொண்டுவரப்பட உள்ள நிலையில், அடுத்த ஆண்டு ஏழாம் வகுப்பு என அடுத்தடுத்து எட்டு, ஒன்பது, பத்தாம் வகுப்பு வரை ஆங்கில வழிக் கல்வித் திட்டம் நடைமுறைப்பட உள்ளது. 

அதற்கேற்ப ஆசிரியா்களுக்கும் உரிய பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது. சா்வதேச அளவில் நடைபெறக்கூடிய போட்டித் தோவுகளிலும் அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் படிக்கும் மாணவ, மாணவிகள் தோச்சி பெறும் விதமாக கல்வித் திட்டம் மாற்றி அமைக்கப்பட உள்ளது. 

பள்ளிக்குச் செல்லும் குழந்தைகள் எவ்வித இடையூறும் இன்றி கல்வி கற்க வசதியாக ஒன்றாம் வகுப்பு முதல் பிளஸ் 2 வரை பயிலும் அனைத்து மாணவ, மாணவிகளுக்கும் தாய் மடி திட்டத்தில் கல்வி உதவித் தொகை கிடைக்கும். 

அந்த பணம் பிள்ளைகளுடைய தாயின் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் நேரடியாக வரவு வைக்கப்படும். இந்தியாவில் இந்த திட்டம் ஆந்திர மாநிலத்தில் முதன் முதலாக தொடக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது', என்று அவா் கூறினாா்.

This program is to be promoted to each class every year. While the English language education program is to be introduced up to the sixth standard this year, the English language education program is to be implemented as a seventh standard next year. Appropriate training is also required for teachers. 

The educational program is to be revamped so that the students and students studying in government schools can compete at the local level competition. All students and students studying from grade one to grade two will get a scholarship for the mother-in-law program to facilitate the education of the children attending school. 

The money will be credited directly to the children's mother's bank account. In India, this project has been launched for the first time in Andhra Pradesh, ”he said.
