Chennai: Ms. Abouva has been appointed Secretary of Biomedical Education in Tamil Nadu. Mangatram Shama, who is in charge of this responsibility, has been appointed Commissioner of Archives. Chief Secretary K Shanmugam has issued an order for this. 6 IAS officers have been transferred.
