புது டெல்லி: இந்தியாவிலேயே முதல்முறையாக குரல்வழி வங்கி சேவையை சிட்டி யூனியன் வங்கி அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது. 1904-கில் தொடங்கப்பட்ட சிட்டி யூனியன் வங்கி 650 கிளைகளுடன் செயல்பட்டுவருகிறது. 

அண்மையில் 116-வது நிறுவன தின விழாவில் 'சியூபி ஆல் இல் ஒன்' என்ற செல்போன் செயலி அறிமுகபடுத்தப்பட்டது. அதில் புதிய அம்சமாக குரல்வழியில் வங்கி சேவையை வழங்கும் வசதி சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இது போன்ற சேவையை இந்தியாவிலேயே வழங்கும் முதல் வங்கி என்ற பெருமையை சிட்டி யூனியன் வங்கி பெறுகிறது. செல்போன் செயலில் உள்ளே சென்றால் வலது புறத்தின் கீழ் பகுதியில் குரல்வழி சேவையை பெறுவதற்கான ஐகான் இருக்கும். 

அதில் கிளிக் செய்து உள்ளே சென்றால் குரல்வழியில் நமக்கான தகவலை பேசி பெறமுடியும். தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம், ஹிந்தி மற்றும் தெலுங்கு ஆகிய 4 மொழிகளில் இந்த சேவை வழங்கப்படுகிறது. 

பணம் அனுப்புதல், வங்கி கணக்கில் இருக்கும் தொகை, கடைசியாக மேற்கொண்ட பண பரிமாற்றங்கள் குறித்த தகவலை குரல்வழியில் பேசி உடனுக்குடன் பெற முடியும்.

City Union Bank, the country's first voice banking provider in India 

New Delhi: Has launched its first voice service in India. Established in 1904, City Union Bank operates 650 branches. At the 116th Company Day, a cell phone processor called 'Cube All All One' was introduced. A new feature has been added to the voice banking facility. 

City Union Bank is the first bank in India to offer such a service. If the cellphone is active, the bottom right hand side has the icon for receiving voice service. Click on it and you will get the information on voicemail. 

The service is offered in 4 languages ​​- Tamil, English, Hindi and Telugu. Remittances can be instantly communicated via voicemail and information on remittances, bank accounts and last transactions.
