புது தில்லி: இந்திய ரயில்வேயின் டிக்கெட் முன்பதிவு செய்யும் இணையதளமான ஐஆர்சிடிசி தனது பயனாளர்களுக்கு ஒரு எச்சரிக்கைக் கடிதத்தை அனுப்பியுள்ளது. 

ஐஆர்சிடிசி பெயரிலேயே இயங்கும் சில போலியான இணையதளங்களில், டிக்கெட் எடுத்து பயனாளர்கள் ஏமாற வேண்டாம் என்று அந்த எச்சரிக்கைக் கடிதத்தில் அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. பயனாளர்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ள மின்னஞ்சலில், 

பல்வேறு சுற்றுலாத் திட்டங்களை அறிவித்திருப்பதாக விளம்பரம் செய்யும் www.irctcour.com இணையதளம், பொதுமக்களை ஏமாற்றி மோசடியில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த இணையதளத்தைப் பார்க்கும் பயனாளர்கள், இதுவும் ஐஆர்சிடிசியின் இணையதளம் என்று நினைத்து, டிக்கெட் முன்பதிவுகளை செய்கிறார்கள். 

இதன் மூலம் பயனாளர்களின் பணம், மோசடி கும்பலின் வங்கிக் கணக்குக்கு சென்று சேருகிறது. அந்த இணையதளத்தில் தாங்கள் ஐஆர்சிடிசியின் ஒரு பகுதி என்றும், சுற்றுலாத் திட்டங்களை இதன் மூலம் மேற்கொள்வதாகவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டிருப்பதால், அதை நம்பி பயனாளர்கள் யாரும் ஏமாற்றம் அடைய வேண்டாம் என்றும் அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இது பற்றி இந்திய ரயில்வே நிர்வாகம் புகார் அளித்து விசாரணை நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த இணையதள மோசடி குறித்து இரண்டு பயனாளர்கள் ஐஆர்சிடிசியிடம் புகார் அளித்ததைத் தொடர்ந்து இதுபற்றி விசாரணை நடத்திய இந்திய ரயில்வே, தனது பயனாளர்களுக்கு இது பற்றிய எச்சரிக்கை மின்னஞ்சலை அனுப்பியுள்ளது.

Indian Railways Warning Letter to IRCTC Users

NEW DELHI: Indian Railways' ticket-booking website IRCTC has sent a warning letter to its users. The warning letter advises users not to cheat their tickets on some fake websites that run under the name of IRCTC. 

In an email sent to users, the website www.irctcour.com, which advertises various tourism projects, is cheating the public and engaging in fraud. Users who view this website think that this is also IRCTC's website and make ticket reservations. 

The money is then transferred to the bank accounts of the fraudsters. The website states that they are part of the IRCTC and are planning to undertake tourism projects so that users should not be disappointed. 

The Indian Railways has lodged an inquiry into the matter. Indian Railways, which investigated the complaint following two users complaining to the IRCTC about the scam, has sent a warning email to its users.
