எந்த படிப்பில் ஆர்வம்? அறிய பள்ளிகளில் 'ஆன்லைன்' தேர்வு ... 'நெட்வொர்க்' வேகம் தருகிறதே 'நோவு'

கோவை : தமிழகம் முழுக்க, அரசுப்பள்ளிகளில் படிக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு, உயர்கல்வியில் எந்த படிப்பில் ஆர்வமுள்ளது என்பதை அறிய, 'நாட்டமறிதல் தேர்வு' நடத்த திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆன்லைனில் இத்தேர்வை நடத்த, பள்ளிகளில் உள்ள 'நத்தை வேக' இணையதள வேகம் குறுக்கே நிற்கிறது. 

ஒன்பது, பத்தாம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்கள் மட்டும் பங்கேற்கும் இத்தேர்வில், மொழிப்பாட அறிவு, கணிதம், அறிவியல், தர்க்க சிந்தனை உள்ளிட்ட, ஆறு தலைப்புகளில், 90 வினாக்கள் இடம்பெறும். ஒரு வினாவுக்கு ஒரு நிமிடம் என்ற ரீதியில், 90 நிமிடங்கள் தேர்வு நடத்தப்படும். 

அனைத்து பள்ளிகளிலும், மூன்று நாட்கள் காலை, மதியம் என இருவேளைகள், ஒரு அமர்வுக்கு அதிகபட்சம், 15 பேர் வரை தேர்வெழுத அனுமதிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஆன்லைனில் நடத்தப்படும் இத்தேர்வுக்கு, இணையதள வேகம், குறைந்தபட்சம் 5 mbps இருக்க வேண்டும். 

ஆனால், பல பள்ளிகளில், 3 mbpsக்கும் குறைவாகவே வேகம் இருப்பதால், தேர்வு நடத்துவதில் சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. உரிய நெட்வொர்க் அலுவலகத்தை அணுகி, தேர்வு சமயத்தில் இணையதள வேகத்தை அதிகரிக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு, தலைமையாசிரியர்களுக்கு உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இணையதள வேகத்தை அதிகரிக்காமல் தேர்வு நடத்தினால், குளறுபடிகள் ஏற்படும் என்பதால், தேர்வு குறித்த அதிகாரப்பூர்வ அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடுவதில் தாமதம் நீடிப்பதாக, அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்தனர். அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளி தலைமையாசிரியர்கள் சிலர் கூறுகையில், 

'நாட்டமறிதல் தேர்வுக்கு, www.tntp.org என்ற இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றப்பட்ட, வினாத்தாள் கொண்டு மாணவர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி வழங்க உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இணையதள வேகம் குறைவாக இருக்கிறது. 

தேர்வு நடைபெறும் நாட்களில், இணையதள வேகத்தை அதிகரிக்க, நெட்வொர்க் அலுவலகத்திலும், மின் இணைப்பு துண்டிக்காமல் இருக்க, மின்வாரிய அலுவலகத்திலும், தலைமையாசிரியர்கள் கடிதம் அளிக்க உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது' என்றனர். 

கல்வித்துறையை பொறுத்த வரையில், திட்டங்கள் குறித்த அறிவிப்புக்கு மட்டும் குறைச்சல் இல்லை. 'நீட்' பயிற்சி போல், திட்டத்தை அமல்படுத்துவதில்தான் தரிகிணதோம்!

Coimbatore: Students in government schools across Tamil Nadu are planning to take a 'Naturalization Exam' to find out which courses they are interested in. In order to make this choice online, schools' 'snail speed' internet speeds are narrowing. 

The exam, which is open to students from 9th to 10th grade, will cover 90 topics in six topics including linguistic knowledge, mathematics, science and logic thinking. One minute per question, 90 minutes will be conducted. 

In all schools, three days are allowed in the morning, two in the afternoon, up to a maximum of 15 people per session. The online speeds should be at least 5 mbps. But, in many schools, with speeds of less than 3 mbps, there is a problem with selection. 

Headmasters are ordered to approach the appropriate network office and take steps to increase the speed of the Internet at the time of selection. Officials said the delay in issuing the official announcement of the selection would be delayed, as there will be problems if the selection is conducted without increasing the internet speed. 

According to some of the Government Higher Secondary School Principals, students have been instructed to take up the questionnaire, which is uploaded on the website www.tntp.org, for the selection process. Internet speed is slow. 

In the days leading up to the election, the head office has been ordered to write letters to the network office and the power office to disconnect the internet. In terms of education, the announcement of the programs is not the only downside. Like the 'Need' training, let's implement the program!
