கணித திறனை அதிகரிக்க உதவும்

விருதுநகர் : பொதுவாக குழந்தைகள் கணிதம் என்றாலே வாயில் வேப்பிலையை வைத்தது போல் முகம் சுழிப்பர். பலர் 17ல் 17 ஐ பெருக்கினால் வரும் விடை என்ன என்று கேட்டால் விழிபிதுங்கி நின்று தாமதமாக பதில் கூறுவர். 

கணிதம் போட்டித்தேர்வுகளில் துவங்கி ஜே.இ.இ., எம்.ஐ.டி., கேட் என அனைத்து தேர்வுகளிலும் முக்கியத்துவம் பெறுகிறது. கணிதத்தின் உதவியால் தான் உலகத்தையே அறிய முடியும் என்பது அறிவியல் அறிஞர் கலிலியோவின் வாக்கு. 

இந்த கணிதத்தை எளிதில் கையாளவும், வலது பக்க மூளையின் செயலாற்றலை துாண்டவும் அபாகஸ் உதவுகிறது. அபாகஸ் முறை பல நாடுகளில் பின்பற்றப்பட்டு வரும் வெற்றிகரமான முறையாகும்.

முதல் 6 கட்டாயம் கற்க வேண்டும். 4 வயது முதல் 12 வயது வரை உள்ள குழந்தைகளுக்கு மட்டுமே அபாகஸ் கற்று கொடுக்கப்படுகிறது. இப்பயிற்சி பெறுவதால் குழந்தைகளின் படைப்பாற்றல், வேகம், துல்லியம், கவனிக்கும் திறன் போன்றவை அதிகரிக்கிறது. 

அபாகசில் சிறப்பாக பயிற்சி பெற்ற மாணவர்கள் மாநில, தேசிய, சர்வதேச போட்டிகளுக்கு அழைத்து செல்லப்படுகின்றனர். கடந்த மாதம் நடந்த தேசிய போட்டியில் விருதுநகரை சேர்ந்த 65 குழந்தைகள் வெற்றி பெற்றுள்ளனர்.

அபாகஸ் பள்ளி தாளாளர் ராஜமல்லிகா கூறியதாவது: கால்குலேட்டர் இன்றி தற்போது யாராலும் கணிதம் போட முடியாது. இயந்திரமயமாகி விட்ட நிலை நமது மூளையை மழுங்கடிக்க செய்கிறது.
