இத்திட்டம் மூலம் குறைந்தது ரூ.10 லட்சத்துக்கு குறையாமலும், ரூ. 5 கோடிக்கு மிகாமலும் திட்ட மதிப்பீடு கொண்ட உற்பத்தி சேவை நிறுவனங்களுக்கு கடனுதவி பெறலாம். திட்ட மதிப்பீட்டில் அதிகபட்சமாக ரூ.30 லட்சத்தை 

உள்ளடக்கிய தொழில் தொடங்க 25 சதவீத மானியம் வழங்கப்படும். அதற்கு முன்னதாக கடனுதவிக்கென நோகாணலில் தோவு செய்யப்பட்டு, வங்கிக்கு பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்டு, ஒப்புதல் பெற்றவா்கள் 15 நாள்கள் தொழில் முனைவோா் பயிற்சியில் பங்கேற்க வேண்டும். 

இத்திட்டம் மூலம் 2018-19-இல் பல்வேறு வங்கிகளில் ஒப்புதல் வழங்கப்பட்டு, தொழில் முனைவோா் பயிற்சியை முடித்த 28 பேருக்கு ரூ. 20.59 கோடி வங்கிக் கடனுதவியும், ரூ.3.31 கோடி தமிழக அரசின் மானியமும் பெற வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

அதேபோல், நிகழாண்டில் 2019-20-இல் 48 பேருக்கு ரூ.4.70 கோடி மானியம் வழங்க திருவள்ளூா் மாவட்டத்துக்கு இலக்கு நிா்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதில், தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட பிரிவினா் 10 பேருக்கு ரூ.1 கோடி மானியம் வழங்க இலக்கு நிா்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

எனவே, தொழில் தொடங்க ஆா்வமுடைய, தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினா் இணையதளம் மூலம் விண்ணப்பத்தைப் பதிவு செய்யலாம். அந்த விண்ணப்பத்தை நகல் எடுத்து சான்றுகளுடன் இணைத்து மாவட்டத் தொழில் மையத்தில் அளிக்க வேண்டும்.
