அரசு கல்லூரிகளில் காலியாகவுள்ள விரிவுரையாளர் பணியிடங்களில் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் மூலம் 2015ஆம் ஆண்டில் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட பணி நாடுநர்கள் நேரடி நியமனம் மூலம் உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்களாக நியமனம் செய்து ஆணைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன . 

பார்வை ( 2 ) - ல் காணும் கல்லூரிக் கல்வி இயக்குநரின் செயல்முறைகளில் , ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்தால் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டு 27 . 07 . 2015 முதல் உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்களாக 

அரசு கல்லூரிகளில் பணியில் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் சார்பில் முழுத் தகுதி சான்றிதழ் வழங்க ஏதுவாக சார்ந்த உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்களின் அசல் சான்றிதழ்களை சரிபார்த்து முழுத் தகுதி பெற்றுள்ளனர் எனச் சான்றளிக்குமாறு அந்தந்த கல்லூரி முதல்வர்கள் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்பட்டனர் . 

கடிதத்துடன் பெறப்பட்ட இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்களின் கருத்துரு பரிசீலிக்கப்பட்டு சார்ந்த கல்லூரி முதல்வரின் பரிந்துரை மற்றும் சான்றினை ஏற்று , 

அதனடிப்படையில் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்களுக்கு அப்பாடத்துறையில் உதவிப்பேராசிரியருக்கான முழுத் தகுதி பெற்றவர்கள் எனச் சான்றளிக்கலாகிறது . 

இதில் பின்னாளில் தவறு ஏதும் கண்டறியப்படின் சார்ந்த உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் சார்ந்த கல்லூரி முதல்வர்களே முழுப் பொறுப்பு எனவும் தெரிவிக்கலாகிறது .

Directed to inspect the academic certificates of the professors selected by the Teacher Selection Board.

Directors were appointed by the Directorate of Selected Working Countries in 2015 by the Teacher Selection Board in the vacancies of the Lecturer Vacancies in Government Colleges. In the Proceedings of the Director of College Education as seen in view (2), the selection by the Teacher Selection Board 27. 07. The respective College Principals were asked to certify that they have been fully qualified for the Certificate of Completion of Assistant Professors in the Government Colleges on behalf of those who have been working as Assistant Professors since 2015.

The Assistant Professors' comments in the accompanying letter are considered and accepted by the College Principal's recommendation and certification, accordingly, the Assistant Professors mentioned in the Annexure are fully qualified for Assistant Professor in the field. In this case, it is the responsibility of the assistant professors and allied college principals to take on the responsibility of finding fault.
