விளையாடிக்கொண்டே மாணவர்கள் கணிதம் கற்கும் முறை - அமைச்சர் செங்கோட்டையன்

மாணவர்கள் விளையாடிக்கொண்டே கணிதம் கற்கும் வகையில் தமிழக அரசு நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வருவதாக அமைச்சர் செங்கோட்டையன் தெரிவித்தார். ஈரோடு மாவட்டம் சித்தோட்டில் நடைபெற்ற நிகச்சில் ஒன்றில் கலந்துகொண்டு பேசிய பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் செங்கோட்டையன்,

மாணவர்கள் விளையாடிக்கொண்டே கணிதம் கற்கும் வகையில், ஆஸ்திரேலியாவை சேர்ந்த நிறுவனம் மூலம் அவர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிக்க தமிழக அரசு நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வருவதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளார். இதைத்தொடர்ந்து 12ம் வகுப்பு தேர்வில் அதிக மதிப்பெண்கள் எடுத்து 

அண்ணா பல்கலைகழகத்தில் பயின்று வரும் மாணவர்களில், 21 சதவீதம் மாணவர்கள் கணிதத்தில் அரியர் (ARREAR) வைத்திருப்பதாகவும், கணிதத்தில் மாணவர்களின் திறன் மேம்பாடு குறைந்திருப்பதே இதற்கு காரணம் என்றும் குறிப்பிட்டார்.

Minister Senkottaiyan said that the Government of Tamil Nadu is taking action to learn the mathematics of the students. Speaking at a function held at Sithottam in Erode district, the Minister of School Education Senkottayan said that the Government of Tamil Nadu is taking steps to train the students through Mathematics in Australia.

He further stated that 21 per cent of the students studying at Anna University, who had scored higher marks in the 12th grade exam, said that they had an ARREAR in math and that this was due to the poor performance of students in mathematics.
