பதற்றம் வேண்டாம் ஊக்க ஊதிய உயர்வு ரத்து அரசாணை 37 நாள் : 10.3.2020. பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறைக்கு பொருந்தாது.அதில் இரண்டாம் பக்கம் பத்தி இரண்டில் மேற்கண்ட பார்வையில் உள்ள 

முதல் நான்கு அரசாணைகள் போன்று வேளாண் துறை மக்கள் நல்வாழ்வு துறை கல்வித்துறை ஊரக வளர்ச்சித்துறை போன்றவற்றில் அரசாணைகள் பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 

அந்த அரசாணைகள் அத்துறையில் உள்ள அனைவருக்கும் பொருந்தாது ஒரு சில பிரிவுகளுக்கு பொருந்தும் என குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது எனவே ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் ஊக்க ஊதிய உயர்வு தனி அரசாணையில் வழி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

தற்போது வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள அரசாணை எண் 37 உள்ள அரசாணைகளுக்கும் கல்வித்துறையில் வழங்கப்பட்டுவரும் ஊக்க ஊதிய அரசாணைக்கும் தொடர்பு இல்லை. இவை அனைத்தும் ஆசிரியர்கள் தவிர பிற அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் சார் நிலை அலுவலர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே பொருந்தும்.
