இணையதள சேவை குளறுபடியால் 60 சதவீதம் அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு பிப். மாத சம்பளம் கிடைக்க வில்லை

மதுரை, மார்ச் 2: கருவூலகத்துறை அலுவலக இணையதளத்தில் சம்பள பில்லை பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய முடியாததால், மதுரை மாவட்டத்தில் 60 சதவீதம் அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு பிப்ரவரி மாத சம்பளம் கிடைக்கவில்லை.

தமிழக அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு மாத சம்பளம் தயாரித்து, கருவூலகம் மூலம் வங்கியில் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும், அரசு ஊழியர்களின் சம்பளம் தொடர்பான பில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டு, 19ம் தேதிக்குள் கருவூலகத்தில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டு விடும்.

இதனையெடுத்து மாதந்தோறும் 24ம் தேதி அரசு ஊழியர்களின் சம்பளம் தொடர்பான அனைத்து விவரங்கள் அடங்கிய சிடி தயாரித்து, ரிசர்வ் வங்கிக்கு அனுப்பினால்தான், அந்த மாதத்தின் கடைசி வேலை நாள் அன்று ஊழியர்களுக்கு சம்பளம் வங்கியில் வரவு வைக்கப்படும்.

கருவூலக துறையில் புதிய நடைமுறையை பின்பற்றுவதாக கூறி, தனியார் நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து ஒருங்கிணைந்த நிதி மற்றும் மேலாண்மை திட்டத்தை கடந்த 17ம் தேதி முதல் அனைத்து மாவட்ட கருவூலகத்திலும் அமல்படுத்தியுள்ளனர்.

புதிய இணையதள வழியாகத்தான் அனைத்து அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கும் சம்பள பில்லும் பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டும். இணையதள சேவையில் பல்வேறு குளறுபடிகள் இருப்பதாலும், போதிய வேகம் இல்லாததாலும்,

இந்த மாதத்திற்கான அரசு ஊழியர்களின் சம்பளத்தை பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய முடியாமல் கணக்கு அலுவலர்கள் தவித்து வருகின்றனர். மதுரை மாவட்டத்தில் அரசு அலுவலகம், பள்ளி, கல்லூரி, போலீஸ் என அனைத்து துறைகளையும் சேர்த்து மொத்தம், 432 அலுவலகம் உள்ளது.

இதில் 22 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கு சம்பளம் பில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டும். ஒரு அலுவலகத்தில் ஒரு ஊழியரின் பில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்வதில் சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டாலும், அந்த அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ள மற்ற ஊழியரின் பில்லும் பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய முடியாத நிலை தற்போது உள்ளது.

இதனால், குறைந்த எண்ணிக்கையில் உள்ள அலுவலகத்தின் ஊழியர்களின் சம்பள பில் மட்டுமே பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டு, அவர்களுக்கு பிப். மாத சம்பளம் கடந்த 29ம் தேதிக்குள் போடப்பட்டது.

இதுகுறித்து கருவூலக அதிகாரி ஒருவர் கூறுகையில், 'மாவட்டத்தில் மொத்தம் 22 ஆயிரம் அரசு ஊழியர்களில் இதுவரை சுமார் 40 சதவீதம் பேருக்கு மட்டுமே சம்பளம் கடந்த 29ம் தேதி போடப்பட்டுள்ளது. மீதியுள்ள 60 சதவீதம் பேருக்கு பல்வேறு குறைபாடுகள் காரணமாக இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய முடியவில்லை.

இதுதொடர்பாக விப்ரோ நிறுவன ஊழியர்கள் பதிவேற்றத்தில் உள்ள குறைபாடுகளை களைந்து வருகின்றனர். அதனால், நாளை (இன்று) முதல் பதிவேற்றம் செய்து, இந்த வாரத்திற்குள் அனைவருக்கும் சம்பளம் கிடைக்கும்படி ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளோம்' என்றார்

A Treasury official said: “So far, only about 40 per cent of the 22 thousand civil servants in the district have been paid salaries. The remaining 60% were unable to upload to the website due to various defects. In this regard, Wipro company employees are getting rid of the drawbacks.
