தமிழக காவல்துறை உருவாக்கிய காவலன் எஸ்ஓஎஸ் மொபைல் ஆப் 7 லட்சம் பெண்கள் பதிவிறக்கம்

வேலூர்: தமிழகத்தில் வேலைக்கு செல்லும் பெண்கள், பள்ளி, கல்லூரிகளுக்கு செல்லும் மாணவிகளுக்கு எதிரான பாலியல் தொல்லைகள், மனரீதியாக துன்புறுத்துதல் போன்ற குற்றச் சம்பவங்களை தடுக்கும் வகையில் 2018ம் ஆண்டு தமிழக காவல்துறை சார்பில் காவலன் எஸ்ஓஎஸ் மொபைல் ஆப் அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்டது. 

கூகுள் ப்ளே ஸ்டோர் மூலமாக அனைத்து ஆன்ட்ராய்டு செல்போன்களில் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்துகொள்ள நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டது. இதில் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்பவரின் பெயர், பிறந்த தேதி, முகவரி மற்றும் ரத்த உறவு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட இருவரின் செல்போன் எண்கள் உள்ளிட்ட விவரங்களை பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும். 

அதைத்தொடர்ந்து சில நொடிகளில் குறுஞ்செய்தியாக 4 இலக்க எண்களை பதிவு செய்தால் காவலன் எஸ்ஓஎஸ் ஆப் பயன்படுத்த தொடங்கலாம். ஆபத்து காலத்தில் செல்போன் திரையில் தோன்றும் சிகப்பு நிற பொத்தனை அழுத்தினால் அடுத்த சில நிமிடங்களில் அருகே உள்ள போலீசார் மற்றும் ரோந்து போலீசார் உடனடியாக வந்து சேர்ந்து விடுவார்கள்.

இந்த காவலன் எஸ்ஓஎஸ் மொபைல் ஆப் ஆபத்து காலங்களில் எளிதாக கையாளும் வகையில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் பொதுமக்களிடையே விழிப்புணர்வு இல்லாததால் இச்சேவை தொடங்கிய வேகத்திலேயே முடங்கியது. 

எனவே இச்சேவையை பொதுமக்கள் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு கொண்டு வர தமிழக காவல்துறை நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொண்டது. அதன்படி கடந்த ஜனவரி மாதம் 280க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பெண் போலீஸ் அதிகாரிகள், ஆயுதப்படை, அதிரடிப்படை பெண் போலீசார் இணைந்து 40க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பிங்க் ஸ்குவாட் குழுக்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டது. 

இக்குழுவினர் மூலம் பொதுமக்களுக்கு விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டது. மேலும் பள்ளி, கல்லூரி மாணவிகளை சந்தித்து காவலன் எஸ்ஓஎஸ் மொபைல் ஆப் குறித்து அறிவுறுத்தினர். இந்நிலையில் தமிழகம் முழுவதும் காவலன் எஸ்ஓஎஸ் மொபைல் ஆப் செயலியை 7 லட்சத்து 43 ஆயிரத்து 533 பெண்கள் செல்போன்களில் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்துள்ளனர். 

இதுகுறித்து பிங்க் ஸ்குவாட் போலீஸ் அதிகாரிகள் கூறுகையில், 'சென்னையில் 1 லட்சத்து 84 ஆயிரத்து 906 பெண்கள் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளனர். காஞ்சிபுரம் மாவட்டத்தில் 43 ஆயிரத்து 976 பெண்களும், திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டத்தில் 39 ஆயிரத்து 917 பேரும், கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் 36 ஆயிரத்து 163 பேரும், 

5வது இடத்தில் உள்ள வேலூர் மாவட்டத்தில் 26 ஆயிரம் பேரும், 39வது இடத்தில் உள்ள திருப்பத்தூர் மாவட்டத்தில் 3451 பேரும், 42வது இடத்தில் உள்ள ராணிப்பேட்டை மாவட்டத்தில் 2529 பேரும் காவலன் எஸ்ஓஎஸ் மொபைல் ஆப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்துள்ளனர். 

கள்ளக்குறிச்சியில் 2,515 பெண்களுடன் கடைசி இடத்தில் உள்ளது. இதுவரை காவலன் எஸ்ஓஎஸ் மொபைல் ஆப் மூலமாக புகார்கள் எதுவும் பதிவாகவில்லை. காவலன் எஸ்ஓஎஸ் மொபைல் ஆப் மூலமாக பெண்களின் பாதுகாப்பு உறுதி செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது' என்றனர்.

After that, the SOS App can start using the 4 digit numbers recorded as SMS for a few seconds.

In the next few minutes, the police and patrols of the nearby police station will immediately be joined by pressing the red button that appears on the cell phone during the accident. This Guard SOS Mobile App was designed to be easy to handle during times of danger. But the lack of public awareness stalled at the pace at which the service began. So the Tamil Nadu Police has taken action to make this service public. Accordingly, more than 40 Pink Squad groups were formed last January, together with more than 280 female police officers, the Armed Forces and the ACF. The group raised awareness among the public.

He also met school and college students and advised them about the Police SOS Mobile App. 7 lakhs 43 thousand 533 women have downloaded the SOS mobile app processor across Tamil Nadu. According to Pink Squad police officials, '1 lakh 84 thousand 906 women in Chennai are the top downloaders. 43 thousand 976 women in Kanchipuram district, 39 thousand 917 in Tiruvallur district and 36 thousand 163 in Coimbatore district.

26 thousand people in 5th place Vellore district, 3451 people in 39th place Tiruppathur district and 2529 people in Ranipet district in 42nd place have downloaded Kavalan SOS Mobile App. Kallakurichi is the last place with 2,515 women. So far, no complaints have been reported through the Police SOS Mobile App. The safety of women has been ensured through the Kavalan SOS Mobile App.
