வாட்ஸ்அப்பில் மெசேஜ்கள் தானாகவே டெலிட் செய்யும் வசதியை சோதனை முறையில் அந்நிறுவனம் அறிமுகம் செய்துள்ளது. ஃபேஸ்புக் நிறுவனம் வாட்ஸ்அப் செயலியை வாங்கியது முதல் பல்வேறு அப்டேட்களை பயன்பாட்டாளர்களுக்கு வழங்கி வருகிறது. 

இந்நிலையில் பீட்டா பயன்பாட்டாளர்கள் மூலம் பரிசோதிக்கப்பட்ட சில புதிய வசதிகளை 2020-ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் வாட்ஸ்அப் நிறுவனம் அனைத்து பயன்பாட்டாளர்களுக்கும் ஒவ்வொன்றாக கொண்டு வருகிறது. அதன்படி, டார்க் மோட் வசதி பயன்பாட்டுக்கு வந்துள்ளது. 

அதேபோல் பயனாளர்கள் பார்க்கும் வாட்ஸ்அப் ஸ்டேட்டஸ்களின் நடுவே விளம்பரம் கொண்டு வர திட்டமிட்ட அந்நிறுவனம் அதனை நிறுத்தியது. இந்நிலையில் மெசேஜ்கள் தானாகவே டெலிட் செய்யும் வசதியை வாட்ஸ்அப் அறிமுகம் செய்கிறது. 

நாம் யாருக்காவது அனுப்பும் மெசேஜ்களை பின்னர் தேடி அழிக்க வேண்டியதில்லை. மெசேஜ்களை அனுப்பும்போதே ஒரு மணி நேரம், ஒரு நாள், ஒரு வாரம், ஒரு மாதம் , ஒரு வருடம் என நாம் நேரத்தை தேர்வு செய்து கொள்ளலாம். நாம் தேர்வு செய்து வைத்த நேரத்திற்கு பின் அந்த மெசேஜ்கள் தானாகவே அழிந்துவிடும். 

இந்த வசதி வேண்டாம் என்றால் OFF செய்து வைக்கலாம்.முதலில் இந்த வசதியை குரூப் மெசேஜ்களில் அறிமுகம் செய்யவுள்ளதாகவும், பின்னர் பிரைவேட் மெசேஜ்களில் அறிமுகம் செய்யலாம் எனத் தெரிகிறது. 

தற்போது சோதனையில் உள்ள இந்த அப்டேட் பீட்டா வெர்ஷன் 2.20.83 மற்றும் 2.20.84 ஆகியற்றில் மட்டுமே இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது. முறையாக அப்டேட் உருவாக்கப்பட்டவுடன் சோதனை முறையில் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு பிறகு பயனாளர்களுக்கு அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக வழங்கப்படும்.
