சென்னை: தமிழகத்தில் எந்தவொரு பள்ளி மாணவ மாணவிகளுக்கும் கொரோனா தொற்று இல்லாத நிலையில், பள்ளிகளுக்கு விடுமுறை விட தமிழகஅரசுக்கு உத்தரவிட முடியாது என்று சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்றம் கூறி உள்ளது. சீனாவில் இருந்து பரவிய கொரோனா வைரஸ் இன்று இந்தியா உள்பட 100க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நாடுகளை மிரட்டி வருகிறது. 

இந்தியாவில் கொரோனா பாதிக்கப்பட்டோரின் எண்ணிக்கை நாளுக்கு நாள் அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. இதுவரை 73 பேருக்கு கொரோனா தொற்று உறுதி செய்யப்பட்டு உள்ளது. தமிழகத்தில் இதுவரை யாருக்கும் கொரோனா தொற்று உறுதி செய்யப்படவில்லை. 

தேவையான முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கைகளை தமிழகஅரசு தீவிரமாக எடுத்து வருகிறது. இந்த நிலையில், சென்னை மகாலிங்கபுரத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ராஜவேலு என்பவர் உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில், பள்ளிகளுக்கு விடுமுறை விட தமிழகஅரசுக்கு உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார். 

அவரது மனுவில், மத்திய மாநில அரசுகள் அறிவித்த மருத்துவ அறிவுறுத்தல்களை பள்ளி செல்லும் குழந்தைகளால் பின்பற்ற முடியாது என்பதால், தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள நர்சரி முதல் உயர்நிலை பள்ளிகளுக்கு விடுமுறை அறிவிக்கும்படி உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்றும், 

குழந்தைகளின் பாதுகாக்க தமிழகத்தில் பள்ளிகளுக்கு விடுமுறை அறிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும், தற்போது, 2019 - 20 ம் கல்வியாண்டு முடிவடையும் நிலையில் உள்ளதால், விடுமுறை அறிவிப்பதால் எந்த பாதிப்பும் ஏற்படாது எனவும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். 

இந்த மனுமீதான விசாரணை தலைமை நீதிபதி ஏ.பி.சாஹி மற்றும் நீதிபதி செந்தில்குமார் ராமமூர்த்தி அடங்கிய அமர்வு முன்பு விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. அப்போது தமிழக அரசு தரப்பில் ஆஜரான வழக்கறிஞர், தமிழகத்தில் அனைத்து பகுதிகளிலும் 

கொரோனா வைரஸ் பரவாமல் தடுக்க கடுமையான நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருவதாகவும், அனைத்து பள்ளிகளுக்கும் விழிப்புணர்வு குறித்த சுற்றறிக்கைகள் அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது. எந்த பள்ளியிலும், மாணவர்களுக்கு கொரோனா அறிகுறி ஏதும் இல்லை என்று கூறினார். இதை ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட நீதிபதிகள், 

மனுதாரரின் கோரிக்கை ஏற்க மறுத்ததுடன், பள்ளிகளுக்கு விடுமுறை அறிவிக்கும்படி, தமிழக அரசுக்கு உத்தரவிட மறுத்து விட்டனர். அதேசமயம், கொரோனா வைரஸ் பரவாமல் தடுக்க தேவையான நடவடிக்கைகளை தொடரும்படி தமிழக அரசுக்கு அறிவிறுத்திய நீதிபதிகள், வழக்கை முடித்து வைத்தனர்.

CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu High Court has ruled that the government of Tamil Nadu cannot order vacation of schools in the absence of coronavirus. The coronavirus, spread from China, today threatens more than 100 countries, including India. The number of corona victims in India is increasing day by day. So far, 73 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus. No coronary infection has been confirmed in Tamil Nadu. The Government of Tamil Nadu is taking the necessary precautions. In this case, Rajavelu from Mahalingapuram in Chennai filed a petition to the Supreme Court ordering the Tamil Nadu government to give holidays to schools.

A lawyer appearing on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu said that strict measures are being taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus in all parts of Tamil Nadu and have sent circulars to all schools to raise awareness. At any school, he said, there was no corona symptom for students. The judges accepted the petition and refused to order the Tamil Nadu government to declare holidays to the schools. At the same time, the judges informed the Government of Tamil Nadu to proceed with the necessary steps to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
