உணவு, உறைவிடம் வழங்கிய தற்கு நன்றி தெரிவிக்கும் விதமாக தாங்கள் தங்கியுள்ள அரசுப் பள்ளிகளுக்கு வெளிமாநிலத் தொழிலாளர்கள் ஊதியம் ஏதுமின்றி வெள்ளை அடித்துக் கொடுத்த சம்பவம் அனைவரின் கவனத்தையும் ஈர்த்துள்ளது. ஊரடங்கால் வேலை இழந் துள்ள லட்சக்கணக்கான வெளி மாநிலத் தொழிலாளர்கள், அந் தந்த மாநிலங்களிலேயே தங்க வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். 

அவர் களுக்கு தேவையான உணவு, குடிநீர், மருந்துப் பொருட்கள் முதலி யற்றை சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மாநில அரசு கள் வழங்கி வருகின்றன. அந்த வகையில், ராஜஸ்தான் மாநிலம் சிக்கார் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள பல்சானா கிராமத்தில் 2 அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் 54 வெளி மாநிலத் தொழிலாளர்கள் தங்க வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். 

அவர் களுக்கு உணவு, குடிநீர், மருந்துப் பொருட்கள் ஆகியவற்றை அந்த கிராம நிர்வாகமே வழங்கி வரு கிறது. இதுதவிர, அந்த கிராமத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மக்களும் அவர்களுக்கு தேவையான சிற்றுண்டிகள், தேநீர் உள்ளிட்டவற்றை வழங்கி வருகின்றனர். இந்நிலையில், தங்களுக்கு இத்தனை உதவிகளை செய்யும் அந்த கிராமத்தினருக்கு நன்றி தெரிவிக்கும் வகையில், தாங்கள் தங்கியிருக்கும் பள்ளிகளை சுத்தம் செய்து வெள்ளை அடிக்க அவர்கள் முடிவு செய்தனர். தங்களின் இந்த யோசனையை கிராம நிர்வாகத் தலைவரிடம் தெரி விக்க, அவரும் இதற்கு சம்மதம் தெரிவித்தார். 

இதையடுத்து, கிராம நிர்வாகம் சார்பில் வழங்கப் பட்ட பெயின்ட் உள்ளிட்ட பொருட் களைக் கொண்டு, அந்த 2 பள்ளி களுக்கும் அவர்கள் வெள்ளை அடித்து அவற்றை புத்தம் புதி தாக மாற்றியுள்ளனர். ஆனால், இதற்காக அவர்கள் ஊதியம் ஏதும் பெற்றுக் கொள்ள மறுத்து விட்டனர். 

 இதுகுறித்து ஹரியாணா மாநிலத்தைச் சேர்ந்த தொழிலாளர் சங்கர் சிங் கூறும்போது, ‘‘கிராம மக்கள் எங்களை அவர்களின் குடும்பத்தினரில் ஒருவராகவே கருதி உதவிகளை செய்து வருகின் றனர். 

அவர்களின் அன்புக்கு பிரதி பலனாக ஏதாவது செய்ய வேண் டும் எனத் தோன்றியது. அதற்காகத் தான், இந்தப் பள்ளிகளை புதுப் பித்துள்ளோம். இது, மாணவர் களுக்கு நல்ல சூழலில் கல்வி கற்கும் வாய்ப்பை உருவாக்கும்’’ என்றார்.ராஜஸ்தான் மாநிலம், பல்சானா கிராமத்தில் 2 அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் 54 வெளிமாநிலத் தொழிலாளர்கள் தங்க வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

 The workers of Haryana state Sankar Singh said, "The villagers are helping us by considering them as one of their families.
