தமிழக அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் 10% மாணவர்கள் அதிகரிக்கலாம்!

கரோனா காலத்தில் ஏற்பட்டிருக்கும் வேலை முடக்கத்தால் அனைத்துத் தரப்பு மக்களின் அன்றாட வாழ்க்கையில் எதிர்பாராத பல மாற்றங்கள் ஏற்பட்டு வருகின்றன. சிலருக்கோ மாதச் சம்பளத்தில் பிடித்தம், சிலருக்கோ வருமான இழப்பு, சிலருக்கோ வேலையிழப்பு, பலருக்கு வாழ்வாதாரமே கேள்விக்குறியாகி விட்டது.

இது குழந்தைகளின் கல்வியில் உடனடியாக எதிரொலிக்கத் தொடங்கி இருக்கிறது. இதுவரை அதிகம் செலவழித்து தனியார் பள்ளிகளில் தங்களுடைய குழந்தைகளைப் படிக்க வைத்த நடுத்தர குடும்பத்துப் பெற்றோர் பலர் அரசுப் பள்ளிகளைத் தேடி வரத் தொடங்கி இருக்கிறார்கள். தமிழகத்தில் மொத்தம் 45 ஆயிரம் அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகள் உள்ளன. இவற்றில் தொடக்கப்பள்ளி முதல் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி வகுப்பு வரையில் 67 ஆயிரம் மாணவர்கள் பயில்கின்றனர்.

இந்நிலையில் தமிழகம் முழுவதும் உள்ள அரசுப் பள்ளிக்கூடங்களில் கூடுதலாக 10 சதவீதம் வரை மாணவ சேர்க்கை அதிகரிப்பதற்கான வாய்ப்பு இருப்பதாகத் தெரியவந்துள்ளது. மாணவர் சேர்க்கையை தற்போது நடத்தக்கூடாது என்று தமிழக பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை அறிவித்துள்ளது.

அதே நேரத்தில் அரசுப் பள்ளிகளை நாடி வரும் பெற்றோருக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கும் நம்பிக்கையும் ஊக்கமும் அளிக்கும்படி பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பள்ளிக் கல்வி இயக்ககம் அறிவுறுத்தி இருக்கிறது. இதனை முன்னிட்டு அரசுப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் கழகத் தலைவர்கள் சிலருடன் உரையாடினோம்.

தகுதியான ஆசிரியரும் ஆங்கில வழிக் கல்வியும்!

"ஊரடங்கு காலகட்டத்தில் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கக் கூடாது என்று அரசு வலியுறுத்தி இருந்தாலும் பல தனியார் பள்ளிகள் பெற்றோரைத் துரத்தித் துரத்தி கட்டண வேட்டையில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகின்றன.

இந்தத் தொல்லை தாங்க முடியாமல் பெற்றோர்கள் அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் தங்களுடைய குழந்தைகளைச் சேர்க்கும் யோசனைக்கு வந்திருக்கிறார்கள். நிச்சயமாக பொதுக் கல்வி முறைதான் நன்மை பயக்கும். அதை மக்கள் சரியாக பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அதிலும் அரசுப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்கள் முழு தகுதி வாய்ந்தவர்கள் என்பதை பொதுமக்கள் கவனத்துக்கு இத்தருணத்தில் கொண்டு வர விரும்புகிறோம்.

அதேபோல அரசுப் பள்ளிகள் அனைத்தும் 1-ம் வகுப்பு முதல் பிளஸ் 2 வரை ஆங்கில வழிக் கல்வியை கற்பித்து வருகின்றன. இந்த நேரத்தில் அரசிடம் ஒரு வேண்டுகோள் வைக்கிறோம். தமிழகத்தில் கிட்டத்தட்ட 2000 ஓராசிரியர் மற்றும் ஈராசிரியர் பள்ளிகள் இருக்கின்றன.

தற்போது கூடுதலாக மாணவர்கள் சேரும் சூழல் கனிந்திருப்பதால் இந்தப் பள்ளிகளில் வகுப்புக்கு ஒரு ஆசிரியரேனும் நியமிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்" என்கிறார் தமிழ்நாடு முதுநிலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் கழகத்தின் மாநிலத் தலைவர் சுரேஷ்.

பலப்படுத்த வேண்டிய நேரம்

"அரசுப் பள்ளிகளை நோக்கி மக்கள் வருவது மிகவும் வரவேற்கத்தக்க விஷயம். அதே நேரத்தில் இந்தத் தருணத்தில் நம்முடைய பள்ளிகளை பலப்படுத்தும் நடவடிக்கைகள் முன்னெடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். சராசரியாக அரசுப் பள்ளி வகுப்பறைகள் 440 சதுர அடி கொண்டவை. மாணவர் ஒருவருக்கு 10 சதுர அடி என்று வைத்துக் கொண்டால் 40 மாணவர்களுக்கு 400 சதுர அடி அவசியமாகிறது. மீதமுள்ள 40 சதுர அடி ஆசிரியருக்கானது.

அப்படி இருக்கையில் ஏற்கெனவே பெருவாரியான அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளில் வகுப்பு 60 முதல் 80 மாணவர்கள் சேர்க்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறார்கள். இந்நிலையில் கூடுதலாக மாணவர்கள் சேர்க்கப்படும் பட்சத்தில் முதலில் அதிக எண்ணிக்கையிலான வகுப்பறைகள் தேவைப்படும்.

இதேபோன்று கூடுதல் எண்ணிக்கையில் மேஜை, இருக்கை, காற்றோட்டமான இடம், தூய்மையான கழிப்பிடம், சுத்திகரிக்கப்பட்ட குடிநீர், விசாலமான விளையாட்டுத் திடல், ஆய்வுக்கூடங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பலவற்றை ஏற்பாடு செய்ய வேண்டி இருக்கிறது.

ஏற்கெனவே 40 மாணவர்களுக்கு ஒரு ஆசிரியர் என்ற வீதத்தில்தான் சராசரியாக இடைநிலை வகுப்புகள் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. ஆனால் தனியார் பள்ளிகளை விடுத்து அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் தங்களுடைய குழந்தைகளைச் சேர்க்க வரும் பெற்றோர் இந்த விகிதாசரத்தையும் தனியார் பள்ளிகளுடன் ஒப்பிடவே செய்வார்கள்.

அதுமட்டுமின்றி பாட ஆசிரியர்கள் சிறப்பாக கற்பித்தாலும் குழந்தைகளின் தனித்திறன்களை வளர்க்கும் சூழலும் இன்றைக்கு அத்தியாவசியமாகி இருக்கிறது. அரசுப் பள்ளிகளைப் பொறுத்தமட்டில் 1 முதல் 5 வகுப்புவரை ஒரே ஆசிரியரே அத்தனை பாடங்களையும் எடுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். அப்படி இருக்கையில் இசை, ஓவியம், விளையாட்டு உள்ளிட்ட தனித்திறன்களைப் பயிற்றுவிக்கும் ஆசிரியர் முழு நேரமாக நியமிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
