ஊரக உள்ளாட்சித் தேர்தல் முடிந் தவுடன், ஜனவரி 2-ம் தேதிக்குப் பிறகு ரூ.1000 ரொக்கத்துடன் கூடிய பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பை பொதுமக்களுக்கு விநியோகிக்க தமிழக அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. பொங்கலை முன்னிட்டு, பச்சரிசி, சர்க்கரை, கரும்பு மற்றும் முந்திரி, திராட்சை, ஏலக்காய் ஆகியவற்றுடன் ரூ.1000 ரொக்கம் இந்த ஆண்டும் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

இதற்கான அறிவிப்பு கடந்த நவ.26-ம் தேதி வெளியிடப்பட்டது. இத்திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த ரூ.2 ஆயிரத்து 363 கோடியே 13 லட்சம் நிதியை ஒதுக்கி கூட்டுறவு மற்றும் உணவுத் துறை உடனடியாக அரசாணை வெளியிட்டது. இதையடுத்து, தலா ஒரு கிலோ பச்சரிசி மற்றும் சர்க்கரை, தலா 20 கிராம் முந்திரி, திராட்சை, 5 கிராம் ஏலக்காய் மற்றும் 2 அடி நீள கரும்பு துண்டு ஆகியவை மற்றும் ரூ.1000 ரொக்கம் அடங்கிய பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பு திட்டத்தை முதல்வர் பழனிசாமி, தலைமை செயலகத்தில் கடந்த நவ.29-ம் தேதி தொடங்கிவைத்தார்.

இதற்கிடையில், தமிழகத்தில் 27 மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள ஊரக உள்ளாட்சிகளுக்கான தேர்தல் டிச.27 மற்றும் 30-ம் தேதிகளில் நடைபெறும் என மாநில தேர்தல் ஆணையம் கடந்த டிச.7-ம் தேதி அறிவித்தது. தள்ளிவைப்பு ஊரக உள்ளாட்சித் தேர்தல் நேரத்தில் பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பு வழங்கப்படுவது தொடர்பாக உயர் நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளையில் தொடரப்பட்ட வழக்கில், தேர்தல் நடைபெறும் 27 மாவட்டங்கள் தவிர மற்ற மாவட்டங்களில் வழங்க அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டது.

விநியோகம் தொடங்கும்போது கரும்பும் சம் பந்தப்பட்ட கடைகளுக்கு அனுப்ப ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஜன.13-ம் தேதிக்குள் பொங்கல் பரிசு தொகுப்பை அனைத்து அரிசி குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்களுக்கும் வழங்க நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள் ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதுதொடர்பான அதிகாரப்பூர்வ அறிவிப்பு சில தினங்களில் கடை பணியாளர் களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் என்றார்.
