‘TET’ தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறாத ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மட்டும் சிறப்பு தகுதி தேர்வு 

கல்வித் துறை அதிகாரிகள் தகவல்

 ‘TET' தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறாத ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு சிறப்பு தகுதித்தேர்வு நடத்த கல்வித் துறை முடிவு செய்துள்ளது. இலவச கட்டாயக் கல்வி உரிமை சட்டப்படி அனைத்துவித பள்ளிகளிலும் ஆசிரியர் பணியில் சேர ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வில் (டெட்) தேர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டும். 

இந்தச் சட்டம் தமிழகத்தில் 2011-ல்தான் நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது. ஏற்கெனவே பணியில் இருப்பவர்கள் ‘டெட்' தேர்வு எழுதி தேர்ச்சி பெற கடந்த ஜூலை வரை அவகாசம்t தரப்பட்டது. அந்த காலக்கெடு முடிவில் அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளில் இன்னும் 1,747 ஆசிரியர்கள் ‘டெட்' தேர்ச்சி பெறாமல் உள்ளனர். இதையடுத்து ‘டெட்' தேர்ச்சி பெறா தவர்களுக்கு சிறப்பு தகுதித்தேர்வு நடத்தப்பட உள்ளதாக தகவல்கள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன. 

இதுகுறித்து பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை அதிகாரிகள் கூறும்போது, ‘‘ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு போதிய வாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது. ‘டெட்' தேர்வுக்கான பயிற்சியும் அரசு சார்பில் அளிக்கப்பட்டது. 

 எனினும், அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளில் இன்னும் சிலர் 'டெட்' தேர்ச்சி பெறாமல் உள்ளனர். நீதிமன்றk வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி தற்போது அவர்களுக்கு ஊதியம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. ஆனால், ‘டெட்' தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறாதவர்களை தொடர்ந்து பணியில் வைத்திருக்க முடியாது. அதனால் சிறப்பு தகுதித்தேர்வு நடத்த முடிவாகியுள்ளது. அதற் கான பயிற்சியும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும்’’ என்றனர். 

மறுபுறம் தங்கள் வாழ்வாதாரம் கருதி கருணை அடிப்படையில் பணிக்கால விவரங்களை ஒப்பிட்டு சிறப்பு பயிற்சி வழங்கி தமிழக அரசு விலக்களிக்க வேண்டும் என ஆசிரியர்களின் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளனர்.

Only those Teachers who do not pass the TET exam will be eligible to write Special Qualification Examination

Education Department officials informed The Department of Education has decided to take special qualifications for teachers who have not passed the TET exam. 

According to the Right to Free Compulsory Education Act, all schools must pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) to join the teaching profession. This law came into effect in 2011 in Tamil Nadu. Those who are already in the job were given time to write 'Dead' exams until July last. 

By the end of the deadline, 1,747 teachers in government-aided schools are not dead. There are reports that a special qualification will be held for the dead. When school officials say this, teachers are given ample opportunity. 

The government has also provided training for dead 'exams. However, there are still some who do not pass the 'dead' in government-aided schools. They are currently being paid according to court guidelines. But those who do not pass the dead 'exam cannot continue to work. 

So it is possible to hold a special qualification. Teachers are trained to use the telephone. On the other hand, the teachers demanded that the Government of Tamil Nadu should be exempted from providing special training in comparing the details of the work on compassionate basis for their livelihood.
