வரும் டிசம்பர் 31-க்குள் பான் கார்டுடன் ஆதார் எண்ணை கட்டாயம் இணைத்திருக்க வேண் டும் என்று வருமான வரித் துறை அறிவித்துள்ளது. வங்கியில் குறிப்பிட்ட அளவுக்குமேல் பணப்பரிவர்த் தனை மேற்கொள்வதற்கு நிரந்தர கணக்கு எண் எனப்படும் பான் கார்ட் அவசியம். இந்நிலையில் பணப்பரிவர்த்தனை செயல் பாட்டை மேலும் ஒருங்கிணைப் பதற்காக பான் கார்டுடன் ஆதார் எண்ணை இணைக்க வேண் டும் என்று மத்திய அரசு தொடர்ந்து வலியுறுத்தி வந்தது.

இதுகுறித்து மக்களிடம் போதிய விழிப்புணர்வு இல்லாத காரணத்தினால் பெரும் பாலானோர் ஆதார் எண்ணை இணைக்கத் தவறினர். அதைத் தொடர்ந்து பலமுறை அதற்கான காலக்கெடு தளர்த்தப்பட்டது. செப்டம்பர் 30-க்குள் பான் கார் டுடன் ஆதார் எண் இணைக்கப் படாவிட்டால், அக்டோபர் 1 முதல் அந்தப் பான் கார்டு செல்லுபடி ஆகாது என்று மத்திய நேரடி வரி வாரியம் எச்சரித்து இருந்தது.
