நாக் அங்கீகாரம்: புதிய வழிகாட்டி கையேடு வெளியீடு

உயா் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் அங்கீகாரம் பெறுவதற்கான திருத்தப்பட்ட வழிகாட்டி கையேட்டை தேசிய ஆய்வு மற்றும் அங்கீகார கவுன்சில் (நாக்) வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இந்த புதிய வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி, அங்கீகாரத்துக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கும் உயா் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் அகில இந்திய உயா் கல்வி நிறுவன கணக்கெடுப்புக்கான (ஆயிஷா) குறியீட்டு எண்ணை சமா்ப்பிப்பது கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. உயா் கல்வியின் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக பல்வேறு நடவடிக்கைகளை மத்திய அரசு எடுத்து வருகிறது. 

அதில் ஒன்றுதான் 'நாக்' அங்கீகாரம். மத்திய அரசின் புதிய கல்விக் கொள்கையின்படி, இந்த நாக் அங்கீகாரம் அனைத்து உயா் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களுக்கும் கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட உள்ளது. நாக் அமைப்பு, உயா் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களை 7 வகையான நிபந்தனைகளின் கீழ் ஆய்வு செய்து, அதனடிப்படையில் 8 பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் தர நிா்ணயம் செய்கிறது. 

 அதாவது, கல்வித் திட்டம், கற்றல் - கற்பித்தல் -மதிப்பிடுதல், ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் புதிய கண்டுபிடிப்பு, உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதி மற்றும் கற்றலுக்கு உதவும் வசதிகள், மாணவா்களுக்கு உதவும் திட்டங்கள், நிா்வாகம் மற்றும் தலைமைப் பண்பு உள்பட 7 நிபந்தனைகளின் கீழ் உயா் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் ஆய்வு செய்யப்படும். இதில் 3.51 முதல் 4 புள்ளிகள் வரை பெறும் கல்வி நிறுவனத்துக்கு ஏ++ கிரேடு வழங்கப்படும். 

3.26 முதல் 3.50 புள்ளிகளைப் பெறும் கல்வி நிறுவனத்துக்கு ஏ+ கிரேடும், 3.01 முதல் 3.25 வரை பெற்றால் ஏ கிரேடு, 2.76 முதல் 3 புள்ளிகள் பெற்றால் பி++ கிரேடு, 2.51 முதல் 2.75 வரை பெற்றால் பி+ கிரேடு, 2.01 முதல் 2.50 வரை பெற்றால் பி கிரேடு, 1.51 முதல் 2 புள்ளி வரை பெற்றால் சி கிரேடு வழங்கப்படும். 1.5 புள்ளிகளுக்கு கீழ் பெறும் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களுக்கு டி கிரேடு வழங்கப்படும். 

டி கிரேடு பெறும் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் அங்கீகாரம் அளிக்கப்படாத கல்வி நிறுவனமாக அறிவிக்கப்படும். புதிய வழிகாட்டி கையேடு: இந்த நிலையில், நாக் அங்கீகார நடைமுறைக்கான புதிய கையேடு இப்போது வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த புதிய வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி, அங்கீகாரத்துக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கும் உயா் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் அகில இந்திய உயா் கல்வி நிறுவன கணக்கெடுப்புக்கான (ஆயிஷா) குறியீட்டு எண்ணை சமா்ப்பிப்பது கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

மத்திய மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகம் சாா்பில் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நடத்தப்படும் இந்தக் கணக்கெடுப்பின் மூலம், நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள உயா் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களின் முழு விவரங்கள் பொதுமக்கள் பாா்வைக்கு வெளியிடப்படுகிறது என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. மேலும் நாக் புதிய வழிகாட்டுதலில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பப் பயன்பாடுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

அங்கீகாரத்துக்காக விண்ணப்பிக்கும் உயா் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப வசதிகள் போதிய அளவில் இடம்பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் என்பதோடு, அங்கு பணிபுரியும் ஆசிரியா்களும் மற்றும் மாணவா்களும் அந்த தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப வசதிகளை முழுமையாகப் பயன்படுத்தத்தக்க வகையிலும் இருக்கவேண்டும் எனவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

அதேபோல், ஆசிரியா் தரம், கல்வித் தகுதி, ஆசிரியா் தோவு நடைமுறைகள், ஆசிரியா் எண்ணிக்கை ஆகியவற்றுக்கும் இந்தப் புதிய வழிகாட்டுதலில் முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 2020 ஜனவரி 1-ஆம் தேதி முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வர உள்ள இந்த புதிய வழிகாட்டி கையேடு, பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள், தன்னாட்சி கல்லூரிகள், இணைப்புக் கல்லூரிகள் ஆகியவற்றுக்கு தனித்தனியாக நாக் வலைதளத்தில் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Knock Accreditation: New Guidance Manual Released 

The National Research and Accreditation Council (NAC) has published a revised guide book for accreditation of educational institutions. Under this new guideline, it is compulsory for the institutions of higher education to apply for accreditation to submit the All India Institute of Higher Education (Aisha) Index. 

The central government is taking various measures to improve the quality of higher education. One of those is 'knock' recognition. According to the federal government's new education policy, this knock is to be made mandatory for all higher education institutions. The NOC examines the institutions of higher education under 7 categories and accordingly it is classified under 8 categories. 

That is, higher education institutions will be examined under 7 conditions, including educational planning, learning - teaching, evaluation, research and innovation, infrastructure and learning facilities, student support programs, leadership and leadership. A ++ grade will be awarded to the educational institution which gets 3.51 to 4 points. 

A + grade for educational institution receiving 3.26 to 3.50 points, A + grade if 3.01 to 3.25 points, B ++ grade for 2.76 to 3 points, B + grade for 2.51 to 2.75 points, B grade for 2.01 to 2.50 points, 1.51 to 2 points Grade C will be awarded if received. T-grade will be awarded to educational institutions receiving below 1.5 points. Educational institutions that receive a T grade will be declared an unauthorized educational institution. 

New Guide Manual: In this case, a new manual for the knock authentication procedure has just been released. Under this new guideline, it is compulsory for the institutions of higher education to apply for accreditation to submit the All India Institute of Higher Education (Aisha) Index. 

The survey, conducted every year by the Ministry of Human Resources Development of the Ministry of Human Resources Development, reveals that the full details of the institutions of higher education across the country are being made public. Moreover, the emphasis on the use of information technology in Knock's new guidance. 

It has been stated that the IT institutes which are applying for accreditation should have adequate IT facilities and that the teachers and students working there should be fully equipped with the IT facilities. 

Similarly, teacher quality, educational qualifications, teacher assessment procedures and teacher counts are given prominence in this new guidance. The new guidebook, which is set to take effect on January 1, 2020, has been published exclusively for universities, autonomous colleges and affiliated colleges on the Knock website.
