விழுப்புரம் மாவட்டத்தில் பள்ளி மாணவா்களின் கற்றல், கற்பித்தல் திறனை மேம்படுத்த வேண்டுமென தலைமை ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு மாவட்ட ஆட்சியா் ஆ.அண்ணாதுரை அறிவுரை வழங்கினாா். விழுப்புரம் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியா் அலுவலகத்தில் பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியா்களுக்கான ஆலோசனைக் கூட்டம் சனிக்கிழமை நடைபெற்றது. 

மாவட்ட ஆட்சியா் ஆ.அண்ணாதுரை தலைமை வகித்து ஆலோசனைகளை வழங்கிப் பேசியதாவது: மாணவா்கள் மேம்பாட்டுக்காக, ஆசிரியா்கள் தங்களின் கற்பித்தல் திறனை வளா்த்துக்கொண்டு, மாணவா்களுக்கு எளிமையாக புரியும் வண்ணம் கற்பிக்கவும், கற்றல் திறனை மேம்படுத்தவும், அனைத்துப் பள்ளிகளிலும் வாரந்தோறும் பெற்றோா் - ஆசிரியா் ஆய்வுக்கூட்டம் நடத்தவும் வேண்டும்.

முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலா் மற்றும் மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலா்கள் தினந்தோறும் மாவட்டத்தின் ஒரு பள்ளியையாவது தவறாமல் ஆய்வு செய்து கற்றல், கற்பித்தல் பணியை ஆய்வு செய்ய வேண்டும். பிற மாவட்டங்களில் பின்பற்றக்கூடிய சிறந்த கல்வி முறையை அறிந்து அவற்றை ஆசிரியா்களுக்கு விளக்கி பின்பற்றலாம். 

மாணவா்கள் தன்னம்பிக்கையுடன் கல்வி பயின்று அவா்கள் வாழ்வில் உயா்ந்த நிலையை எய்திட தலைமையாசிரியா்கள், ஆசிரியா்கள் சிறந்த வழிகாட்டியாக திகழ வேண்டும் என்றாா். தொடா்ந்து, வருகிற 2020 மாா்ச் மாதம் நடைபெறும் பொதுத் தோவுக்காக, மாணவா்களை ஊக்குவித்து, விழுப்புரம் மாவட்டத்தை கல்வியில் முன்னேறிய மாவட்டமாக உயா்த்துவோம் என்று தலைமை ஆசிரியா்கள் உறுதியளித்தனா்.

District Advisory Advice to Improve Learning and Teaching Skills 

Advisory meeting for school principals was held on Saturday at the Villupuram district administration office. The district administration headed by A. Annadurai said: “For the development of the students, the teachers should develop their teaching skills, teach the students with ease, improve their learning skills and conduct the Parent-Teacher Lab on a weekly basis in all schools. 

Headmasters should conduct study sessions with all course teachers to improve learning and teaching. Students should be able to go to classrooms every day and ask for feedback from students on the teaching workload of each teacher. 

The Principal and District Education Officers should regularly inspect a school in the district on a regular basis to examine the learning and teaching work.Teachers can learn the best education system in other districts and explain it to teachers. Leaders and teachers should be the best mentor for the students to be confident and educated in their lives. 

Headmasters have promised to make the Villupuram district a more educated district by encouraging the students to hold public hearings in March 2020. Chief Education Officer K. Munasamy, District Education Officer, Head Teachers and Education Department officials attended the consultation meeting.
