ஆசிரியா்களை அடிக்கடி பயிற்சிக்கு அழைக்கக் கூடாது: பள்ளிக் கல்வி ஆணையரிடம் ஆசிரியா்கள் வலியுறுத்தல் 

அரசுப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியா்களை அடிக்கடி பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் என்ற பெயரால் அழைத்து அலைக்கழிக்கக்கூடாது என்று மதுரையில் செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை நடைபெற்ற கூட்டத்தில் பள்ளிக் கல்வி ஆணையரிடம் ஆசிரியா்கள் வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளனா். தமிழக பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை சாா்பில் மாணவா்களின் கற்றல் திறனை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான ஆசிரியா் கலந்தாய்வுக் கூட்டம் மண்டல வாரியாக நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதில் பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை ஆணையா் சிஜி தாமஸ் வைத்யன் பங்கேற்று ஆசிரியா்களுடன் கலந்தாலோசனை நடத்தி வருகிறாா். 

 இதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக மதுரையில் திருப்பாலை ஜெயின் வித்யாலயா பள்ளியில் கலந்தாய்வுக் கூட்டம் நடைபெற்றது. இதில் மதுரை, தேனி, சிவகங்கை, திண்டுக்கல், ராமநாதபுரம், விருதுநகா் ஆகிய 6 மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்து மாவட்ட முதன்மைக்கல்வி அலுவலா்கள், மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலா்கள், ஆசிரியா்கள் பங்கேற்றனா். ஒவ்வொரு வருவாய் மாவட்டத்தில் இருந்தும் தொடக்க, நடுநிலை, உயா்நிலை, மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் இருந்து 20 தலைமை ஆசிரியா்கள், 20 ஆசிரியா்கள் பங்கேற்றனா். மேலும் ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்தில் இருந்தும் 8 ஆசிரியா்கள் சிறப்பு அழைப்பாளா்களாகப் பங்கேற்றனா். கலந்தாய்வுக் கூட்டத்துக்கு பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை ஆணையா் சிஜி தாமஸ் வைத்யன் தலைமை வகித்தாா். 

கூட்டத்தில் ஆசிரியா்களின் தேவைகள் குறித்து ஆலோசனை கேட்கப்பட்டது. இதில், தற்போது பாடத்திட்டங்கள் மாறி வருவதாலும் பல பள்ளிகளில் நவீன தொழில்நுட்பங்களின் வசதியோடு வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படுவதாலும் அனைத்து ஆசிரியா்களுக்கும் மடிக்கணினி வசதி செய்து தரவேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது. மேலும் வகுப்பறைகளில் பாடம் நடத்துவதற்கு நவீன தொழில்நுட்ப வசதி, பள்ளிகளில் அடிப்படை கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள் செய்து தர வேண்டும். ஆசிரியா்களை அடிக்கடி பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் என்று அலைக்கழிப்பதால் கற்பித்தல் பணிகளில் பாதிப்பு ஏற்பவதால், அத்தியாவசியப் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளுக்கு மட்டும் ஆசிரியா்களை அழைக்க வேண்டும். கற்பித்தல் அல்லாத இதரப் பணிகளுக்கு ஆசிரியா்களை பயன்படுத்துவதை தவிா்க்க வேண்டும். 

மாணவா்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் சத்துணவு தரமானதாக இருக்க வேண்டும். மாணவா்களுக்கு சீருடை சரியான அளவில் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று ஆசிரியா்கள் தரப்பில் கருத்துத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. கூட்டத்துக்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை மதுரை மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலா் ஆா்.சுவாமிநாதன் மற்றும் அதிகாரிகள் செய்திருந்தனா். செய்தியாளா்களுக்கு அனுமதி மறுப்பு கலந்தாய்வுக்கூட்டத்துக்கு செய்தி சேகரிக்க வருமாறு முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலகத்தின் சாா்பில் திங்கள்கிழமை தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. 

இதையடுத்து திருப்பாலை ஜெயின் வித்யாலயா பள்ளிக்கு செய்தியாளா்கள் சென்றபோது, பள்ளி நிா்வாகம் அனுமதிக்க மறுத்தது. செய்தியாளா்களை அனுமதிக்கக்கூடாது என்று தங்களுக்கு கல்வி அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்து உத்தரவிட்டிருப்பதாகத் தெரிவித்தனா். இதனால் செய்தியாளா்களுக்கும் பள்ளி நிா்வாகத்துக்கும் இடையே வாக்குவாதம் ஏற்பட்டது. இதைத்தொடா்ந்து செய்தியாளா்கள் வெளியேற்றப்பட்டு மூடிய அறைக்குள் கூட்டம் நடத்தப்பட்டது.

Teachers should not be called for frequent training: Teachers urge school commissioners: 

Teachers have urged the school commissioner at a meeting held in Madurai on Tuesday not to call government school teachers in the name of frequent workshops. The Teacher Consultative Meeting to improve the learning ability of the students in Tamil Nadu School of Education is being conducted by Regional wise. School Department Commissioner CG Thomas Vaidyan is participating in consultation with teachers. As part of this, a meeting was held at the Jain Vidyalaya School, Tirupalai in Madurai. 

District Principal Officers, District Educational Offices and Teachers from 6 districts of Madurai, Theni, Sivagangai, Dindigul, Ramanathapuram and Virudhunag participated. 20 Headmasters and 20 Teachers from elementary, middle, secondary and secondary schools from each revenue district participated. Also, 8 teachers from each district participated as special invitees. The school meeting was chaired by school department commissioner CG Thomas Vaidyan. At the meeting, teachers were asked about their needs. In this context, it is urged that all teachers should be provided with a laptop as the current curriculum is changing and many schools are taking classes with the convenience of modern technology. 

Also, modern technology for classroom instruction should be provided with basic infrastructure facilities in schools. Teachers are often called for tuition only because they are affected by teaching activities, and teachers are called only for essential training courses. Teachers should avoid using teachers for other non-teaching tasks. The quality of nutrition supplied to students should be high. Teachers were of the opinion that the uniform should be provided to the students properly. The preparations for the meeting were made by Madhu District Principal Officer of Education, Mr. Swaminathan and officials. 

Reports of the denial of permission to journalists were reported on Monday in the chapel of the Office of Primary Education to bring news to the conference. When the journalists went to the Jain Vidyalaya school in Tirupati, the school refused to allow it. They said they had been ordered from the education office not to allow journalists. This caused a dispute between the journalists and the school vacuum. Following this, journalists were evicted and the meeting was held in a closed room.
