கோவை:ஐந்து மற்றும் எட்டாம் வகுப்புகளுக்கு பொதுத்தேர்வு நடத்துவதற்கான வழிமுறை வழங்கும் நோக்கில், மாவட்ட அளவில் தேர்வுக்குழு அமைக்க, தொடக்க கல்வித்துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.தமிழகத்தில், மாநில கல்வித்திட்டம் பின்பற்றும் ஐந்து மற்றும் எட்டாம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு, நடப்பாண்டில் பொதுத்தேர்வு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

தேர்வுக்கான செயல்முறைகளில், ஐந்தாம் வகுப்புக்கு ஒரு கிலோ மீட்டருக்குள்ளும், எட்டாம் வகுப்புக்கு மூன்று கிலோ மீட்டருக்குள்ளும் தேர்வு மையம் அமைக்க வேண்டும்.வட்டார வள மையங்கள், குறுவள மையங்களில், வினாத்தாள் பாதுகாத்தல், விடைத்தாள் மதிப்பிட வேண்டுமென குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இந்நடைமுறை குறித்து, தேர்வு பணியில் ஈடுபடுவோருக்கு தெரிவித்து, வழிநடத்தும் வகையில், மாவட்ட தேர்வுக்குழு அமைக்க தொடக்க கல்வித்துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.கோவை மாவட்டத்தை பொறுத்தவரை, தேர்வுக்குழு தலைவராக, முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர் அய்யண்ணன் உள்ளார். 

இவரின் கீழ், உறுப்பினர் செயலராக, மாவட்ட கல்வி அலுவலர் (நகர்) கீதா, உறுப்பினர்களாக அரசு தேர்வுகள் துறை உதவி இயக்குனர், மாவட்ட கல்வி அலுவலர்கள், மேல்நிலை, உயர்நிலைப்பள்ளி தலைமையாசிரியர்கள் என, 11 பேர் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இவர்களது மேற்பார்வையில், தேர்வுப்பணி நடக்கும் என, கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்தனர்.

In the selection process, the selection center should be set up within one kilometer of the fifth grade and three kilometers of the eighth grade. The Department of Elementary Education has ordered the setting up of a District Select Committee to inform and guide the process of selection. 

Under him, 11 members have been appointed as Member Secretary, District Education Officer (Urban) Geetha, Assistant Director of Government Examinations Department, District Education Officers, Secondary and High School Headmasters. Education officials said the selection process would be under their supervision.
