10, 12-ம் வகுப்பு பொதுத் தேர்வு வினா வங்கி வெளியீடு எப்போது? மாணவர்கள், பெற்றோர் எதிர்பார்ப்பு 

10, 12-ம் வகுப்புகளுக்கான வினா வங்கி புத்தகத்தை வெளியிடுவது தாமதமாகி வருவதால் மாணவர் கள் பொதுத்தேர்வுக்கு தயாராவ தில் சுணக்கம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. தமிழக பள்ளிக் கல்வியின் பாடத்திட்டத்தில் 10, 12-ம் வகுப்பு களுக்கு மார்ச், ஏப்ரல் மாதங்களில் பொதுத்தேர்வு நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. வழக்கமாக நவம்பர் மாதத்தில் வினா வங்கி புத்தகம் வெளியாகிவிடும். ஆனால், நடப்பு ஆண்டில் இதுவரை வினா வங்கி வெளியாகவில்லை. பொதுத்தேர் வுக்கு இன்னும் 2 மாதங்களே அவகாசம் இருப்பதால் மாணவர் கள் தேர்வுக்கு தயாராவதில் தாமதம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இதுகுறித்து பெற்றோர் சிலர் கூறும்போது, ‘கல்வி ஆண்டின் தொடக்கத்திலேயே தனியார் நிறுவனங்கள் வினா வங்கியை அச்சிட்டு விநியோகம் செய்துவிடு கின்றன. ஆனால், பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் கழகம் கல்வி ஆண்டின் இறுதிவரை இழுத்தடித்து வரு கிறது. 

கடந்த ஆண்டு பாடத்திட்டம் மாற்றப்பட்ட பிளஸ் 1 வகுப்புக்கு வினா வங்கி வெளியாகவில்லை. அதேபோல், நடப்பு ஆண்டு 10, 12-ம் வகுப்புகளுக்கும் பாடத்திட்டம் மாறியுள்ளதால் வினா வங்கி வெளியீடு குறித்த உரிய தகவல் கூறப்படவில்லை. பொதுத்தேர்வுக்கு குறைந்த காலஅவகாசமே இருப்பதால் மாணவர்கள் நலன்கருதி விரை வில் வினா வங்கியை வெளியிட வேண்டும்’’என்றனர். 

இதுதொடர்பாக பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் கழக நிர்வாகிகளிடம் கேட்டபோது, ‘‘பாடத்திட்ட மாற்றம் காரணமாக வினா வங்கி வெளி யிடுவதில் தாமதம் ஏற்பட்டது. தற் போது வினா வங்கி தயாரிக்கப் பட்டு, அச்சிடும் பணி பாடநூல் கழகத்திடம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஜன.28-ம் தேதிக்குபின் புத்தகங் கள் விற்பனைக்கு வரும்’’என்றனர்.

10th & 12th Class Public Examination Question Bank Issue When? Students, parent expectation.

The publication of the Question Book for Grades 10 and 12 has been delayed as students are preparing for the general election. Elections for the 10th and 12th grades of the Tamil school curriculum are being held in March and April. Usually the query bank book will be released in November. But in the current year, the question bank has not been released. There is a delay in the preparation of the students' exams as the general election is still 2 months away. Some parents say, ‘Private companies print and distribute the query bank at the beginning of the academic year. But the Parent Teacher Association is pulling out until the end of the academic year. 

The questionnaire was not issued to the Plus-1 class that changed the curriculum last year. Similarly, due to the curriculum change for the 10th and 12th grades of the current year, there is no relevant information about the query bank issue. Students have to publish a quick query bank for the benefit of students as there is short time for the general election. When the parents of Parents Teachers Association asked about this, the delay in query bank was delayed due to curriculum change. In the meantime the quiz bank has been prepared and the printing work has been handed over to the Textbook Corporation. Books will go on sale after January 28th.
