`பட்டாசு தயாரித்துக்கொண்டே படித்தேன்!' - குரூப் 1 தேர்வில் சாதித்த ஏழைத் தொழிலாளியின் மகள்

சாதிப்பதற்கு விடாமுயற்சியும் தன்னம்பிக்கையும் இருந்தால் போதும் என்பதை எடுத்துக்காட்டும் விதமாகப் பலரும் சாதித்து வருகின்றனர். அப்படியான இன்னொரு எடுத்துக்காட்டாக இருக்கிறார் மகாலட்சுமி.

சிவகாசியைச் சேர்ந்த பொறியியல் பட்டதாரியான மகாலட்சுமி, ஏழ்மையான சூழ்நிலையிலும் லட்சியத்துடன் படித்து டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி குரூப் 1 தேர்வில் 362 பேர் கொண்ட தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலில் மாநில அளவில் நான்காவது இடம் பிடித்துள்ளார். மகாலட்சுமியிடம் பேசினோம்.

மீதமுள்ள நேரம் வீட்டு வேலையும் அப்பாவுக்கு உதவியாக பட்டாசு மூலப்பொருள்கள் தயாரிப்பிலும் ஈடுபட்டு வந்தேன். அதில் கிடைத்த பணத்தை வைத்து புத்தகங்களை வாங்கிப் படித்தேன். பலமுறை தோல்வியைக் கண்டாலும்

நான் சோர்வடையாமல் எப்படியாவது அரசுப் பணியில் சேர வேண்டும் என்ற வைராக்கியத்துடன் தேர்விற்காகப் படித்து வந்தேன்.செய்தித்தாளை அதிகம் வாசிப்பேன். செய்திகள் மூலம் ஒவ்வொரு நிகழ்வையும் ஆர்வத்துடன் கவனித்து சேகரித்து படித்தும் வந்ததே எனது வெற்றிக்கான காரணம்.

அரசுப் பணியில் ஏழை எளிய மக்களின் தேவைகளை அறிந்து அரசு வரம்பிற்கு உட்பட்ட முறையில் உடனடியாகச் செய்து தர முனைப்பு காட்டுவேன்'' என்றார் நம்பிக்கையுடன்.
