பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மாவட்ட அளவிலான சிறப்பு பயிற்சி முகாம்

தமிழக அரசு பள்ளிகளின் வகுப்பறைகளில் பல ஆண்டுகளாக வழக்கில் இருந்து வரும் கரும்பலகைக்கு பதிலாக ஸ்மார்ட் டிஜிட்டல் போர்டு அமைக்கப்பட உள்ளது. 

இதன்மூலம் மாணவர்களுக்கு கற்பிக்கும் முறை எளிமையாகவும், நவீனமாகவும் இருப்பதுடன், பள்ளிகள் அனைத்தும் மின்னணு முறையில் இணைக்கப்படும். இதனால் அங்கு கற்பிக்கப்படும் பாடங்களை எளிதாக கண்காணிக்கவும் முடியும். 

இதற்கான பணிகள் கடந்த ஓராண்டாக மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு தற்போது முடிவடையும் நிலையில் உள்ளது. இந்நிலையில், பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடைபெற உள்ளன. 

இதுகுறித்து தமிழக கல்வியியல் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவனம் அனுப்பியுள்ள சுற்றறிக்கையில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:- தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள 6,029 அரசு உயர்நிலை, மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் நவீன ஸ்மார்ட் வகுப்பறைகள் அமைக்கும் பணிகள் இறுதிக்கட்டத்தில் உள்ளது. 

இதையடுத்து ஸ்மார்ட் வகுப்புகள் மூலம் மாணவர்களுக்கு பாடம் நடத்த ஏதுவாக முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மாவட்ட வாரியாக கடந்த டிசம்பர் 19 மற்றும் 20ம் தேதிகளில் சிறப்பு பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட்டது. 

அதைதொடர்ந்து பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மாவட்ட அளவிலான சிறப்பு பயிற்சி வரும் 6 மற்றும் 7ம் தேதிகளில் சென்னையில் நடைபெற உள்ளது. அதன்படி பயிற்சியில் பங்கேற்க உள்ள ஆசிரியர்களை மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் பணிவிடுப்பு செய்து அனுப்ப வேண்டும். 

ஆசிரியர்கள் பயிற்சி நாள் அன்று காலை 9.30 மணிக்குள் வர வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

District-level specialized training camp for graduate teachers

A smart digital board is to replace the blackboard that has been the case for years in the classrooms of state-run specialist training camps for graduate teachers. This will make the teaching system simpler and more modern and the schools will be connected electronically. 

This makes it easier to monitor the subjects taught there. Work on this has been completed for the past year and is currently nearing completion. In this context, training courses are underway for graduate teachers. 

In a circular issued by the Institute for Educational Research and Training in Tamil Nadu, it said: Subsequently, the Masters Teachers have been given district-wise training on the 19th and 20th of December to enable them to teach the students through Smart Classes. 

Thereafter the district level special training for graduate teachers will be held in Chennai on the 6th and 7th. Accordingly, the teachers who participate in the training should be sent to the District Primary Education Officers. Teachers must arrive at 9:30 am on the training day. It is stated thus.
