நெல்லை: பிளஸ்2 பொதுத்தேர்வு எழுதும் மாணவர்களுக்கு பிப். 3 முதல் 15ம் தேதியுடன் செய்முறை தேர்வுகள் முடிவதால் அதன் பின்னர் 15 நாளுக்கு விடுமுறை அளிக்கும் சூழல் உருவாகியுள்ளது. எனவே மாணவர்கள் நலன் கருதி இந்த அட்டவணையை மாற்றி அமைக்க மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளி முதுநிலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் கழகம் வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளது. 

தமிழகத்தில் நடப்பு கல்வியாண்டில் பிளஸ்1, பிளஸ்2 பொதுத்தேர்வு மார்ச் மாதம் தொடங்குகிறது. இதற்கு முன்னதாக தற்போது 2 திருப்புதல் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. இதை தொடர்ந்து பிப்ரவரி 3ம் தேதியில் இருந்து 15ம் தேதிக்குள் செய்முறை தேர்வுகளை நடத்தி முடிக்க பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. 

பின்னர் 16ம் தேதியில் இருந்து 27ம் தேதிக்குள் பிளஸ்1 மாணவர்களுக்கான செய்முறை தேர்வுகளை நடத்த உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. செய்முறை தேர்வுகளை ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் பிப்.3ம் தேதியிலிருந்து 15ம் தேதிக்குள் நடத்த முதன்மைக்கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் அட்டவணை தயாரித்து வருகின்றனர்.

நெல்லை மாவட்டத்தில் வருகிற 5ம் தேதியில் இருந்து பிளஸ்2 திருப்புதல் தேர்வு நடத்த திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அரசு அறிவித்துள்ள திருப்புதல் தேர்வு அட்டவணை பிளஸ்2 மாணவர்களின் தொடர் கல்வி பயிற்றுவித்தலை பாதிக்கும் என்பதால் இதனை மாற்றியமைக்க வேண்டும் என கோரிக்கை விடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இதுகுறித்து மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளி முதுநிலை பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் கழக மாநில தலைவர் இளங்கோவன் கூறியதாவது:கடந்த டிசம்பர் 11ம் தேதியில் இருந்து மாணவர்கள் தேர்வை மட்டுமே எழுதி வருகின்றனர். ஏற்கனவே மழை காரணமாக பல மாவட்டங்களில் பள்ளிகளுக்கு கூடுதலாக விடுமுறை அளிக்கப்பட்டது. 

பின்னர் டிசம்பர் 11ம் தேதியில் இருந்து அரையாண்டு தேர்வு நடத்தப்பட்டு 22ம் தேதிக்கு பின்னர் விடுப்பு அளிக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த விடுப்பு உள்ளாட்சி தேர்தல் காரணமாக ஜனவரி 5ம் தேதி வரை நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டது. அதன் பின்னர் பொங்கல் விடுமுறை 6 நாட்கள் சென்று விட்டன. 

இந்த விடுமுறை முடிந்த மாணவர்கள் வந்த உடன் முதல் திருப்புதல் தேர்வு தொடங்கப்பட்டு நடத்தப்படுகிறது. இதனை தொடர்ந்து மேலும் ஒரு திருப்புதல் தேர்வு நடத்த வேண்டிய நிலை உள்ளது. இதனிடையே பிப்ரவரி 3ம் தேதியில் இருந்து 15ம் தேதிக்குள் பிளஸ்2 மாணவர்களுக்கும், 

அதன் பின்னர் பிப்ரவரி 27ம் தேதி வரை பிளஸ்1 மாணவர்களுக்கும் பிராக்டிக்கல் (செய்முறை) தேர்வு நடத்த உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதற்கு இடைப்பட்ட நாட்களில்தான் 2ம் திருப்புதல் தேர்வு நடத்த வேண்டிய நிலை உள்ளது. 

தொடர் விடுமுறை காரணமாகவும் ஆசிரியர் பற்றாக்குறை காரணமாகவும் புதிய பாடத்திட்டத்தின் பல பாடப்பகுதிகளை சில பள்ளிகளில் அவசர அவசரமாக நடத்தி முடித்து இருக்கின்றனர். அந்த பாடங்களில் மாணவர்களுக்கு மீண்டும் ஒரு முறை கடைசி நேர பயிற்சி அளிப்பது அவசியம். 

இதற்கு வாய்ப்பு இல்லாத நிலையை பிராக்டிக்கல் டெஸ்ட் அட்டவணை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. பள்ளிகளில் பிராக்டிக்கல் தேர்வு முடிந்ததும் பிப்ரவரி 15ம் தேதிக்கு பின்னர் பிளஸ்2 மாணவர்கள் வரவேண்டிய தேவை இருக்காது. இதனால் அன்று முதலே அவர்களுக்கு தேர்வுக்கான விடுமுறை தொடங்கும். 

அடுத்த 15 நாட்கள் கழித்து அந்த மாணவர்கள் நேராக தேர்வுக்கூடத்திற்கு செல்லவேண்டிய நிலை உள்ளது. கிராமப்புற மாணவர்கள் மட்டுமின்றி நகர்புற மாணவர்களும் இந்த 15 நாட்கள் இடைவெளியில் வீட்டில் இருந்து முழுநேரமும் படிப்பார்களா என்ற கேள்விக்குறி உள்ளது. 

எனவே தற்போதைய அட்டவணையை மாற்றி அமைத்து பிளஸ்1 மாணவர்களுக்கு முதலில் பிராக்டிக்கல் தேர்வும் பிளஸ்2 மாணவர்களுக்கு 2வது அட்டவணைப்படி செய்முறைத்தேர்வும் நடத்தவேண்டும். 

இதனால் 27ம் தேதிவரை பிளஸ் 2 மாணவர்கள் பள்ளிக்கு வர வாய்ப்பு ஏற்படும். அவர்களுக்கு கூடுதல் பயிற்சி அளிக்க ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கும். இதுகுறித்து கல்வித்துறை உயர் அதிகாரிகளுக்கு கோரிக்கை மனு சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றார்.

The Government has announced that it will be required to change the revised exam schedule plus 2 students' continuing education. State Head of the Higher Secondary School Graduate Teachers' Council, Ilangovan, said: “Since December 11, students have been writing only exams. Schools have been granted extra holidays in several districts due to the already heavy rainfall. 

Thereafter, the half yearly examination was held from December 11 and was released on the 22nd. The leave was extended until January 5 due to local elections. After that, the Pongal holidays are gone for 6 days. Once students have completed the holiday, the first redirect examination is initiated and conducted. 

This is followed by a reversal option. Meanwhile, Practical (Procedural) Examination has been ordered for Plus Two students from February 3 to 15, and then until February 27 for Plus 1 students. It is only in the intervening days that the choice of turning 2 should be made. 

Due to continuous vacation and shortage of teachers, many curriculum areas of the new curriculum have been completed in some schools. It is necessary to provide one-time, one-time training for students in those subjects. Practical test schedules have made this an unlikely scenario. 

There will be no need to welcome Plus 2 students after February 15, when the practical exams are completed. From then on, the holiday of choice for them will begin. After the next 15 days, the students have to go straight to the lab. There is a question whether not only rural students but also urban students will be able to study at home during these 15 days. 

Therefore, the current schedule has to be adjusted and the Practical Examination will be held for Plus One students. Plus two students will be able to attend school till the 27th. Teachers will also have the opportunity to provide them with additional training. He said a request has been made to higher education officials.
