சிறப்பாசிரியர்களுக்கு 3 நாள் பயிற்சி

மா.திறன் மாணவர்களுக்கு பயிற்றுவிக்க சிறப்பாசிரியர்களுக்கு 3 நாள் பயிற்சி 

தமிழகம் முழுவதும், மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு பயிற்றுவிக்க, 2,402 சிறப்பாசிரியர்களுக்கு கற்றல் குறைபாடு குறித்த மூன்று நாள் பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது.தமிழகத்தில் ஒருங்கிணைந்த பள்ளிக் கல்வித்திட்டம் வாயிலாக பஞ்., யூனியன் துவக்க, நடுநிலை, அரசு உயர்நிலை, மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில், மனித வள மேம்பாட்டுத்துறை திட்ட ஏற்பளிப்புக் குழு சார்பில் மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு பயிற்றுவிக்கும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு, மாணவர்களிடையே எழுதுவது, கணக்கு செய்வதில் குறைபாடு உள்பட கற்றல் குறைபாடு, 21 வகையான மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களை கண்டறிந்து, அரசு உதவிகளை பெற்று தந்து, கல்வி கற்க வைப்பது தொடர்பாக, பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட உள்ளன. 

அதற்கான மூன்று நாட்கள் பயிற்சி முகாம் அந்தந்த மாவட்டங்களில் நடக்கிறது. இதற்காக, மாநில அளவிலான கருத்தாளர் பயிற்சி, கடந்த வாரம் சென்னையில் நடந்தது. அதில், 64 சிறப்பாசிரியர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர். அதன்படி, மாநில கருத்தாளர்கள், மாவட்ட கருத்தாளர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிக்கின்றனர். இதில் பயிற்சி பெற்றவர்கள் ஒன்றியங்களில், அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிப்பர். அதன்பின் ஆசிரியர்கள், பள்ளியில் மாணவர்களுக்கு பாடம் நடத்துவர். தர்மபுரி மாவட்டத்தில் நாளை முதல், 4 வரை இப்பயிற்சி முகாம் நடக்கிறது. இதில், மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு பாடம் நடத்தும், 41 சிறப்பாசிரியர்கள் பங்கேற்கின்றனர். இதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரிகள் செய்து வருகின்றனர்.

3 day training for specialist students

Throughout Tamilnadu, 2,402 teachers have been given three days training on learning disabilities. Teachers have to be trained in learning, writing, accounting deficiency, learning disabilities, 21 types of students with disabilities, receiving government assistance and educating them. A three-day training camp is being held in the respective districts. 

For this, a statewide conceptual training course was held in Chennai last week. Of these, 64 specialists participated. Accordingly, the State Constituents are training the District Conceptors. Trainees in the Unions will train all teachers. Teachers then conduct lessons for students at school. The training camp will be held in Dharmapuri district from 4 to 4 p.m. There will be 41 teachers participating in the lesson, which will be a lesson for students with disabilities. Education authorities are making arrangements for this.
