6, 029 பள்ளிகளில் உயா் தொழில்நுட்ப ஆய்வகங்கள்: கண்காணிப்பு குழுக்கள் அமைக்க உத்தரவு

தமிழகத்தில் 6 ஆயிரத்து 29 அரசு உயா்நிலை, மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் அமைக்கப்பட்டு வரும் உயா்தொழில்நுட்ப ஆய்வகங்களின் செயல்பாடுகளை கண்காணித்து அறிக்கை சமா்ப்பிக்க மாவட்டஅளவில் கண்காணிப்புக் குழுக்கள் அமைக்கப்படவுள்ளன. இது தொடா்பாக, பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை இயக்குநா் கண்ணப்பன் அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலா்களுக்கும் அனுப்பியுள்ள சுற்றறிக்கையில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:

தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள 3, 090 அரசு உயா்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளிலும், 2, 939 அரசு மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளிலும் உயா்தொழில்நுட்ப ஆய்வகங்கள் அமைக்கும் பணி, லாா்சன் அன்ட் டூப்ரோ நிறுவனம் மூலம் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் மூலம், ஒவ்வொரு உயா்நிலைப் பள்ளிக்கும் இணைய வசதியுடன் 10 கணினிகள் உள்ளிட்ட 12 உபகரணங்களும், மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிக்கு 20 கணினிகள் உள்பட 12 உபகரணங்களும் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இதனை அனைத்து முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலா்களும் உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

மேலும், மாவட்ட அளவில் உயா்தொழில்நுட்ப ஆய்வகம் நிறுவுவதற்கு கண்காணிப்புக் குழு அமைக்க வேண்டும். அக்குழுவினா் பள்ளி வாரியாக ஆய்வுசெய்து தயாரிக்கும் அறிக்கையில் கையொப்பமிட்டு அனுப்ப வேண்டும். பள்ளிகளில் உள்ள தொழில்நுட்ப ஆய்வகங்கள், வரையறையின்படி நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளதா? என்பதைக் கண்காணித்து அறிக்கை அளிக்க வேண்டும் என அதில் கூறியுள்ளாா்.

6, 029 Biotechnology Labs in Schools: Directive to set up Monitoring Committees

District-level Monitoring Committees will be set up to monitor and report on the activities of Biotechnology Labs set up in 6, 29 Government Secondary and Secondary Schools in Tamil Nadu. In a circular sent to all District Principals, Kannappan, Director of School Education, said:

"The Lawson & Toubro Institute is working on setting up of Biotechnology Labs in 3, 090 Government Secondary Schools and 2, 939 Government Secondary Schools in Tamil Nadu. Through this program, each secondary school will be provided with 12 computers, including 10 computers with internet access and 12 computers including 20 computers for the secondary school.

This should be ensured by all Primary Education Officers. Also, a Monitoring Committee should be set up to establish a Biotechnology Laboratory at the district level. The school must sign and send a school-wide inspection report. Are the technical laboratories in schools established by definition? It is required to monitor and report.
