விலையில்லா சைக்கிள்

ஈரோடு மாவட்டம் நம்பியூர் ஒன்றியத்துக்கு உள்பட்ட அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் மாணவ-மாணவிகளுக்கு விலையில்லா சைக்கிள் வழங்கும் நிகழ்ச்சி நடைபெற்றது. நிகழ்ச்சியில் பள்ளிக்கல்வி துறை அமைச்சர் கே.ஏ.செங்கோட்டையன் கலந்துகொண்டு சைக்கிள்களை வழங்கினார்.

பின்னர் அமைச்சர் கே.ஏ.செங்கோட்டையன் நிருபர்களிடம் கூறியதாவது:-

வளர்ச்சி திட்ட பணிகள்

தமிழக முதல்-அமைச்சர் எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமி, துணை முதல்-அமைச்சர் ஓ.பன்னீர்செல்வம் ஆகியோர் இணைந்து பல்வேறு வளர்ச்சி திட்டப்பணிகளை திறம்பட செய்து வருகின்றனர். அதில் தமிழகத்தில் தற்போது வரை ரூ.3 லட்சத்து 431 கோடி செலவில் வளர்ச்சி திட்டப்பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. மேலும் வளர்ச்சி திட்ட பணிகளுக்காக ரூ.40 ஆயிரம் கோடி நிதி ஒதுக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது.

இன்று (அதாவது நேற்று) கோபி சட்டமன்ற தொகுதிக்கு உட்பட்ட அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் 2 ஆயிரத்து 141 சைக்கிள்கள் என மாவட்டம் முழுவதும் 13 ஆயிரத்து 714 சைக்கிள்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

கோர்ட்டு தீர்ப்பு

இந்த விலையில்லா சைக்கிள்கள் மாணவர்களுக்கு முன்கூட்டியே வழங்கப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால் கோர்ட்டில் வழக்கு நிலுவையில் இருந்ததால் வழங்கப்பட முடியவில்லை. தற்போது தீர்ப்பு வந்ததை தொடர்ந்து தமிழகம் முழுவதும் மாணவர்களுக்கு சைக்கிள்கள் கொடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தை இரண்டாக பிரிப்பதற்காக தனி குழுக்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டு ஆய்வு பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. உயர் கல்வித்துறை இதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை எடுத்து வருகிறது.

கட்டாய கல்வி சட்டம்

மத்திய அரசின் கட்டாய கல்வி சட்டம் மூலம் கடந்த 2013-ம் ஆண்டு முதல் 2019 வரை 4 லட்சத்து 87 ஆயிரம் மாணவர்கள் தனியார் பள்ளிகளில் சேர்ந்துள்ளனர். இந்த சட்டம் பல ஆண்டுகளாக நடைமுறையில் உள்ளது. தற்போது வந்த சட்டமல்ல. வருகிற கல்வி ஆண்டில் அரசு பள்ளிகளில் கூடுதலாக 2 லட்சம் மாணவர்கள் சேர்க்கப்படுவார்கள். இதற்கு தேவையான அனைத்து கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளையும் அரசு எடுத்து வருகிறது.

இவ்வாறு அமைச்சர் கே.ஏ.செங்கோட்டையன் கூறினார்.

பள்ளிகளில் பயிற்சி

மேலும் அமைச்சரிடம் நிருபர்கள் குறுக்கிட்டு, ‘ஈரோடு மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அதிகாரி மூலம் 8-ம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வு எழுதும் மாணவர்களுக்கு 1 மணி நேரம் கூடுதல் சிறப்பு பயிற்சி அளிக்க வேண்டும் என சுற்றறிக்கை அனுப்பப்பட்டது குறித்து என்ன கூறுகிறீர்கள்?’ என்று கேள்வி எழுப்பினர்.

அதற்கு அமைச்சர், தமிழகத்தில் ‘8-ம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வு எழுதும் மாணவர்களுக்கு பள்ளி செயல்படும் வேலை நேரத்தில் 1 மணி நேரம் சிறப்பு பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும்’ என்று பதில் அளித்தார்.

These inexpensive bicycles must be provided to students in advance. But the court could not be granted as the case was pending. Following the verdict, bicycles are being distributed to students across Tamil Nadu.

Separate committees have been set up and research work is underway to divide Anna University. The higher education department is taking steps to do this.

Compulsory Education Act

Four hundred and 87,000 students have been enrolled in private schools from 2013 to 2019 under the compulsory education act of the federal government. This law has been in effect for many years. Not the current law. An additional 2 lakh students will be enrolled in government schools in the coming academic year. The government is taking all the necessary infrastructure.

Practice in schools

Reporters also interfered with the minister and questioned why the circular was sent by the Erode district chief education officer to give 8 hours extra special training to the 8th grade general election students.

The minister replied that in Tamilnadu, the 8th grade general election students will be given 1 hour special training during school working hours.
