வாக்குச்சாவடிக்கு வாக்காளர் சீட்டை (பூத் ஸ்லிப்) எடுத்துச் செல்ல மறந்தவர்களுக்கு ஸ்மார்ட்போன் இருந்தால் போதும். அவர்களுக்காக 'க்யூஆர்' கோட் வசதியை பயன்படுத்தி வாக்களிக்கும் புதிய வசதி அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

மொத்தமாக 11 மாவட்டங்களில் தலா ஒரு சட்டசபை தொகுதி வீதம் 11 தொகுதிகளில் இந்த வசதி அறிமுகம் செய்யப்படவுள்ளது. இதன்படி, வாக்காளர் சீட்டை (பூத் ஸ்லிப்) எடுத்துச் செல்ல மறந்த வாக்காளர்கள் ஸ்மார்ட்போன் வைத்திருந்தால், வாக்காளர் உதவி மைய செயலியில் இருந்து 'க்யூஆர்' கோட்-ஐ பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

டெல்லி தலைமை தேர்தல் அதிகாரி ரன்பீர் சிங் செய்தியாளர்களுக்கு அளித்த பேட்டியில் கூறியதாவது, டெல்லி சட்டசபை தேர்தலையொட்டி, மொத்தமாக 13 ஆயிரத்து 750 வாக்குச்சாவடிகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும். வாக்களிக்க தகுதியான வாக்காளர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை ஒரு கோடியே 46 லட்சத்து 92 ஆயிரத்து 136 ஆகும். 

இவர்களில் ஆண் வாக்காளர்கள் 80 லட்சத்து 55 ஆயிரத்து 686 பேர். பெண் வாக்காளர்கள் 66 லட்சத்து 35 ஆயிரத்து 635 பேர். மூன்றாம் பாலினத்தவர் 815 பேர் ஆவர். சென்ற ஆண்டு வாக்காளர் பட்டியலுடன் ஒப்பிடு செய்கையில் 9 லட்சத்து 96 ஆயிரம் வாக்காளர்கள் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித்துள்ளது. 

அரசியல் கட்சியினர் இடையே மோதல் ஏற்பட வாய்ப்புள்ளதாக 72 வாக்குச்சாவடிகளும், பதற்றமானவையாக 3 ஆயிரத்து 209 வாக்குச்சாவடிகளும் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டுள்ளன. 80 வயதை தாண்டிய மாற்றுத்திறனாளி வாக்காளர்களுக்கு அவர்களது வீட்டிலிருந்தே தபால் ஓட்டு வசதி அளிக்கப்பட உள்ளதாக ரன்பீர் சிங் தெரிவித்தார்.

Female voters 66 lakhs 35 thousand 635. There were 815 persons of the third sex. Compared to last year's voter list, the number of voters increased by 9 lakhs 96 thousand. 

72 ballots have been identified as likely to cause conflict between political parties and 3 thousand 209 polls have been identified as tense. Ranbir Singh said that postal voting facilities would be provided to transgender voters over 80 years of age.
