சிவகங்கை : அரசு உதவிபெறும் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களின் சம்பள பில்லை ஆன்லைனில் அனுப்ப கருவூலத்துறை வலியுறுத்துகிறது. ஆனால், அதற்குரிய பயிற்சி இல்லாததால் பில் போட முடியாமல் தவிக்கின்றனர்.

மாவட்டத்தில் அரசு ஊழியர், பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு ஒருங்கிணைந்த நிதி மற்றும் மனிதவள மேலாண்மை திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஆன்லைனில் சம்பள பில் அனுப்பும் திட்டத்தை கருவூலகத்துறை அறிமுகம் செய்துள்ளது. சம்பள பில் தயாரிக்கும் அரசு ஊழியர், ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு கருவூலகத்துறை பயிற்சி அளித்துள்ளது. 

பயிற்சி பெற்றவர்கள் ஆன்லைனில் சம்பள பில்லை போட்டு, அதற்கான குறிப்பாணை எண்ணை அந்தந்த சம்பளம் வழங்கும் கருவூலகத்தில் வழங்கினால், மாதந்தோறும் சம்பளம் வழங்குவர். உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிக்கு சிக்கல்: அதே நடைமுறை அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளும் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும் என வலியுறுத்தி வருகின்றனர்.

ஆனால், முறையான பயிற்சி வழங்காமல், ஜன., மாத சம்பள பில்லையே ஆன்லைனில் அனுப்புமாறு, அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளை வற்புறுத்துகின்றனர். இதனால்,ஆன்லைனில் சம்பள பில் போடுவதில் சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டால், நாளைடைவில் சம்பள உயர்வு, ஈட்டிய விடுப்பு பில் போன்றவற்றில் சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டு விடும் என அஞ்சுகின்றனர். 

எனவே முறையான பயிற்சி அளித்த பின்னரே அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களின் சம்பள பில்லை ஆன்லைனில் அனுப்ப கருவூலகத்துறை உத்தரவிடவேண்டும் என அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்கள் வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளனர்.
