RBI அதிரடி.. ATMல் மாற்றங்கள்.

ஆர்பிஐ திடீர் விதிமுறை.. வங்கிகளில் நடக்கும் நிதி மோசடிகளை தடுக்க மத்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி ஒரு சில விதிமுறைகளை விதித்துள்ளது. ஏடிஎம் கார்டை இனி பயன்படுத்த புதிய கட்டுப்பாடுகள்.

மார்ச் 16ம் தேதியிலிருந்து வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் ஏடிஎம் கார்டுகளை பயன்படுத்துவதற்கு மத்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி ஒரு சில விதிமுறைகளை விதித்துள்ளது. அவை, இனி புதிதாக கொடுக்கும் ஏடிஎம் கார்டுகளை வைத்து வெளிநாடுகளுக்கு பணப்பரிவர்த்தனை செய்ய இயலாது.

உள்நாட்டில் மட்டுமே பணப் பரிவர்த்தனை செய்து கொள்ள முடியும். அதுவும் ஏடிஎம் மிஷினில் மட்டுமே முடியும். மேலும் சர்வதேச பண பரிவர்த்தனைக்கு இன்டர்நெட் பேங்கிங் மற்றும் தொலைபேசி செயலியை மட்டுமே உபயோகிக்கலாம் என்று ரிசர்வ் வங்கி அறிவித்துள்ளது.

ஏற்கனவே உபயோகத்தில் இருக்கும் கார்டுகளை வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் இந்த புதிய சேவைக்கு புதுப்பிக்க வேண்டும். மார்ச் 16-ம் தேதிக்கு கார்டுகளில் அதாவது உபயோகப்படுத்தி கொண்டிருக்கும் கார்டுகளில் ஆன்லைன் பரிவர்த்தனைகள் செயல்பாட்டில் இருந்தால் அது தானாகவே ரத்து செய்யப்படும். இது மத்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி அனைத்து வங்கிகளுக்கும் பிறப்பித்துள்ள ஆணையாகும்.

RBI Emergency Regulations .. The Central Reserve Bank has imposed a few rules to prevent financial fraud in banks. New restrictions on using an ATM card. Since March 16, the Federal Reserve has set a few rules for customers to use ATM cards.

They are no longer able to make money remittances abroad using newly issued ATM cards. Cash transactions can only be done locally. That can only be done at the ATM machine. The RBI has also announced that it will only use the Internet banking and telephone processor for international currency transactions.

Customers need to update existing cards for this new service. The online transactions will be automatically canceled on March 16 on cards which are used on cards. This is a decree issued by all central banks.
