ரூ.10 கோடி செலவில் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு ஸ்மார்ட் போன்!!

ரூ.10 கோடி செலவில் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு ஸ்மார்ட் போன் வழங்கப்படும் எனவும் வேலைவாய்ப்பில் இட ஒதுக்கீடு முறையாகப் பின்பற்றப்படும் எனவும் பட்ஜெட்டில் அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. இதுதொடர்பாக துணை முதல்வரும், நிதியமைச்சருமான ஓ.பன்னீர்செல்வம் சட்டப்பேரவையில் பேசும்போது, ''மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் உரிமைச் சட்டம், 2016-ஐ தமிழ்நாடு முனைப்புடன் செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது. அரசு வேலைவாய்ப்புகளிலும் பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்களில் நடைபெறும் பணி நியமனங்களிலும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு 4 சதவீத இடஒதுக்கீடு வழங்கப்படுவதை உறுதிசெய்யும் வகையில், நிரப்பப்படாமல் நிலுவையிலுள்ள அனைத்து காலிப் பணியிடங்களுக்கும் சிறப்பு ஆட்சேர்ப்புப் பணிகள் நடத்தப்படும்.

தற்போது, அறிவுசார் குறைபாடுகள் உடையோர், கடுமையாக ஊனமுற்றோர், தொழுநோயால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டோர், தசை சிதைவு நோயால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டோருக்கு பராமரிப்பு மானியமாக மாதம் ஒன்றிற்கு 1,500 ரூபாய் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. மாநிலம் முழுவதும் உள்ள 1.75 லட்சம் நபர்கள் பயன்பெறும் வகையில் 313.26 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில் இத்திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. முதுகுத் தண்டுவடம் பாதிக்கப்பட்டோர் மற்றும் பார்க்கின்சன் நோய், தண்டுவட மரப்பு நோய் ஆகிய நாட்பட்ட நரம்பியல் பாதிப்புக்கு உள்ளான நபர்களுக்கும், இனிமேல் மாதாந்திர பராமரிப்பு மானியம் வழங்கப்படும்.

புதிதாக சேர்க்கப்பட்ட பிரிவுகளுக்கும், உதவித்தொகை கோரி நிலுவையில் உள்ள விண்ணப்பங்களை ஒப்புதல் செய்வதற்கும், 2.1 லட்சம் தகுதியுள்ள பயனாளிகள் பயன் பெறும் வகையில், 2020-21 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான வரவு-செலவுத் திட்டத்தில் நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு 375 கோடி ரூபாயாக உயந்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. பார்வைத் திறனற்றோர் மற்றும் கேட்கும் திறனற்றோர், பிறரை எளிதில் தொடர்பு கொள்வதற்கு, தக்க செயலிகளுடன் கூடிய திறன் பேசிகள், 10,000 பார்வைத் திறனற்றோர் மற்றும் கேட்கும் திறனற்றோருக்கு 10 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில் வழங்கப்படும். மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் நலனுக்காக 667.08 கோடி ரூபாய்ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது'' என்று அறிவித்துள்ளார்.

A monthly care subsidy will also be given to those suffering from spinal cord injury and those with chronic neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease and rheumatoid arthritis.

Funds have been raised to Rs 375 crore in the budget for 2020-21 to benefit 2.1 lakh eligible beneficiaries for the newly added categories and to approve pending applications for scholarships. Rs. 10 crores will be provided to the visually impaired and the hearing impaired, capable speakers, capable speakers, 10,000 visually impaired and hearing impaired. 667.08 crores has been allocated for the benefit of the differently abled. ”
