NHIS மருத்துவ காப்பீட்டுத் திட்டத்தில் மறுக்கப்பட்ட 100% Full claim தொகையை வட்டியும், முதலுமாக அபராதத்துடன் பெறுவது எப்படி...???

_அந்த தொகைக்கு 9% வட்டியுடன் வழங்கவும், மனஉளச்சலுக்காக நஷ்ட ஈடாக ரூ.50,000 மற்றும் வழக்கு செலவுக்காக ரூ.3000 வழங்க நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது._ _நமது மருத்துவ செலவுகள், அதாவது மருத்துவமனையால் வழங்கப்படும் அனைத்து செலவுகளையும் TNNHIS ஏற்கவேண்டும்._

(தங்கும் அறை, சிகிச்சை மேற்கொள்பவருக்கான உணவு ,மருந்து , மருத்துவ சிகிச்சைக்கான செலவு இவை அனைத்தும் இதில் அடங்கும்) 01.07.2016 முதல் 30.06.2020 வரை ரூ.4,00,000 காப்பீட்டுத் தொகை பெற அனைவருக்கும் உரிமை உண்டு.

அதற்கு மேல் ஆகும் செலவு நம்மை சார்ந்தது எனவே விழிப்புடன் இருக்கவும். *ஒரு சில அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்கு மட்டும் ரூ.7,50,000 வரை காப்பீடுத் தொகை வழங்கப்படும். அரசாணையில் வரையறை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்கு மட்டும் கட்டணமில்லா சிகிச்சை பெறலாம்..

*NHIS திட்டத்தின் கீழ் அங்கீகரிக்கப்படாத மருத்துவமனைகளில் அவசர கால சிகிச்சை மேற் கொண்டால், ஆகும் மருத்துவ செலவினை விதிகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு பணமாகப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம் - GO 391 , Date : 10.12.2018
