நாடு முழுவதும் ஒவ்வொரு பள்ளியிலும் 2 ஆசிரியர்கள் சுகாதாரம், உடல்தகுதி தூதர்களாக செயல்படுவார்கள் : மத்திய அரசு

டெல்லி : நாடு முழுவதும் மாணவர்களின் சுகாதாரப் பிரச்சனைகள் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்த ஒவ்வொரு பள்ளியிலும் 2 ஆசிரியர்கள் சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் உடல்தகுதி தூதர்களாக செயல்படுவார்கள் என்று மத்திய அரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

புதுடெல்லியில் ஆயுஷ்மான் பாரத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், பள்ளிகளில் சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் உடல் தகுதி தூதர்கள் திட்டத்தை மத்திய அமைச்சர்கள் ஹர்ஷவர்தன், ரமேஷ் போக்ரியால் நிஷாங்க் மற்றும் அஸ்வினி குமார் ஆகியோர் தொடங்கி வைத்தனர்.நாடு முழுவதும் 200 மாவட்டங்களில் இந்த திட்டம் முதன்முதலில் தொடங்கப்படுகிறது.

இதன் நிகழ்ச்சியில் பேசிய மனித வள மேம்பாட்டுத் துறை அமைச்சர் ரமேஷ் போக்ரியால் நிஷாங்க், கல்வியின் நோக்கம் மாணவர்களின் அறிவை வளர்ப்பதோடு, அவர்களின் உடல் ஆரோக்கியம் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுவத்துவதாவும் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்றார்.

பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகளின் வழிக்காட்டிகளாக ஆசிரியர்கள் திகழ்வதாகவும் தற்போது மாணவர்களின் உடல்தகுதி திறன்களை மேம்படுத்தும் தூதர்களாக ஆசிரியர்கள் செயல்படுவார்கள் என்று அவர் கூறினார்.

முதற்கட்டமாக நடுநிலை பள்ளிகள், உயர்நிலை மற்றும் மேல்நிலை பள்ளிகளில் முன்னோடித் திட்டமாக ஆசிரியர்கள், தூதர்களாக செயல்படும் இந்த திட்டம் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படும் என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.

இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் பேசிய மத்திய சுகாதாரத்துறை அமைச்சர் ஹர்ஷவர்தன், பள்ளிகளில் செயல்படுத்தப்பட உள்ள சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் உடல் தகுதி மையங்கள் மூலம் கல்வியோடு சேர்த்து மாணவர்களின் முன்னேற்றம் மற்றும் வளர்ச்சியும் உறுதி செய்யப்படும் என்றார்.

உடல் திறன் இந்தியா என்ற இயக்கத்தின் மூலம் மத்திய அரசு இந்த திட்டத்தை இணைத்து மேற்கொள்ள நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுத்து வருவதாகவும் அமைச்சர் குறிப்பிட்டார். அனைவருக்கும் சுகாதார சேவை என்ற அரசின் நோக்கம் இதன் மூலம் முழுமையான அளவில் நிறைவேற்றப்படும் என்றும் ஹர்ஷவர்தன் தெரிவித்தார்.

2 Teachers at each school across the country will act as health and body ambassadors: Federal Government

NEW DELHI: Two teachers at each school will act as health and body ambassadors to raise awareness of the health issues of students across the country, the central government has said. Under the Ayushman Bharat program in New Delhi, the Health and Fitness Ambassadors program was launched by Union Ministers Harshavardhan, Ramesh Pokriyal Nishank and Ashwini Kumar.

Speaking at the event, Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said the purpose of education should be to raise students' knowledge and raise awareness about their health. Teachers are the guides of the school children and now the teachers act as ambassadors for the improvement of the students' physical abilities, he said. He said that the scheme, which will act as a pioneer program in the middle schools, secondary and secondary schools, will be implemented as teachers and ambassadors.

Speaking at the event, Union Health Minister Harshavardhan said that the health and fitness centers that will be implemented in schools will ensure the growth and development of students along with education. The Minister said that the Government of India is taking steps to incorporate this program through the 'Physical Capacity India' movement. Harshavardhan said the government's mission of providing health care to all would be fulfilled in its entirety.
