முன்னாள் முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதா வின் 72-வது பிறந்த நாளான இன்று, தமிழக அரசு சார்பில் பெண் குழந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு தினமாக கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. அரசு சார் பில் 72 லட்சம் மரக்கன்றுகள் நடும் திட்டத்தை முதல்வர் பழனிசாமி தொடங்கி வைக்கிறார். அதிமுக பொதுச் செயலாளராக வும், தமிழகத்தில் 6 முறை முதல் வராகவும் இருந்த ஜெயலலிதா வின் 72-வது பிறந்த தினம், தமி ழகம் முழுவதும் இன்று கொண் டாடப்படுகிறது. 

இதையொட்டி அதிமுக சார்பில், பல்வேறு நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப் பட்டுள்ளது. அதிமுக தலைமை அலுவலகத்தில் இன்று காலை 10 மணிக்கு கட்சியின் ஒருங் கிணைப்பாளர் ஓ.பன்னீர்செல்வம், இணை ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் பழனி சாமி ஆகியோர் ஜெயலலிதா சிலைக்கு மாலை அணிவித்து மரியாதை செலுத்துகின்றனர். அதிமுக கட்சிக் கொடியை ஏற்றி வைத்து, தொண்டர்களுக்கு இனிப்பு வழங்குகின்றனர். இந் நிகழ்ச்சியில் துணை ஒருங்கிணைப் பாளர்கள் கே.பி.முனுசாமி, ஆர்.வைத்திலிங்கம், அவைத் தலைவர் இ.மதுசூதனன், அமைச் சர்கள், எம்.பி.க்கள், எம்எல்ஏக்கள், நிர்வாகிகள் பங்கேற்கின்றனர். 

 அதிமுக சார்பில் ஜெயலலிதா பிறந்த நாளையொட்டி மாவட்டந் தோறும் பொதுமக்களுக்கு நலத் திட்ட உதவிகள் வழங்கப்படு கின்றன. கோயில்களில் சிறப்பு வழிபாடுகளும் நடத்தப்படுகின்றன. பல்வேறு பகுதிகளில் அன்னதானம், ரத்த தானம், மருத்துவ முகாம் கள், பள்ளி மாணவ, மாணவி யருக்கு தேவையான உபகரணங் கள் வழங்குதல் போன்ற நிகழ்ச்சி களுக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப் பட்டுள்ளது. பாதுகாப்பு தினம் ஜெயலலிதா பிறந்த தின மான பிப்ரவரி 24-ம் தேதி பெண் குழந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு தினமாக இந்த ஆண்டு முதல் அனுசரிக்கப் படும் என சட்டப்பேரவையில் கடந்த 19-ம் தேதி 110-வது விதியின் கீழ் முதல்வர் பழனிசாமி அறிவித்தா். 

அத்துடன் பெண்கள், பெண் குழந்தைகளுக்கான 5 திட்டங் களையும் அறிவித்தார். அவர் கூறியதாவது: குறிப்பாக, அரசு இல்லங்களில் வாழும், பெற்றோர் மற்றும் பாது காவலர்கள் இல்லாத குழந்தைகள், 21 வயதை நிறைவு செய்யும்போது, 

அவர்களுக்கு தலா ரூ.2 லட்சம் வங்கியில் செலுத்தப்படும். பெற்றோர், பாதுகாவலர் இல்லாத பெண் குழந்தைகள், 18 வயது முடிந்து, அரசு குழந்தைகள் இல்லத்தில் இருந்து வெளியே சென்ற பிறகு அவர்களின் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் பொருளாதார நிலைக்கு பாதிப்பு ஏற்படுமானால், அரசே, பெற்றோர் நிலையிலிருந்து அவர்களின் சமூக, பொருளாதார பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்ய ஒரு சிறப்பு உதவித் தொகுப்பு 50 வயது வரை வழங்கப்படும். தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள பராமரிப்பு இல்லங்களில் ஆதரவற்ற மற்றும் முற்றிலும் கைவிடப்பட்ட குழந்தைகளை, நல்ல குடும்ப சூழ்நிலையில் வளர்ப்பதற்காக வளர்ப்பு பெற்றோருக்கு வழங்கப்படும் தொகை மாதம் ரூ.4 ஆயிரமாக உயர்த்தப்பட்டு 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு வழங்கப்படும்.

 தமிழகத்தில் சில மாவட்டங்களில் பாலின விகிதம், சராசரி விகிதத்தை விட குறைந்துவரும் நிலையில், தொட்டில் குழந்தை திட்டத்தை சிறப்பாக செயலாற்றி பாலின விகி தத்தை உயர்த்தும் 3 மாவட்டங் களுக்கு பதக்கங்கள், சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கப்படும். அதேபோல், சமூக பாதுகாப்புத் துறை உள்ளிட்ட துறைகளில் சி மற்றும் டி பிரிவில் தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர் வாணையத்தின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வராத பணிகளில் மகளிர் காப்பகங்கள், பயிற்சி முடித்து வெளியேறிய பெண்களுக்கு பணி வாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும். இவ்வாறு முதல்வர் அறிவித்தார். 

 முதல்வர் அறிவிப்பின் அடிப் படையில், ஜெயலலிதாவின் பிறந்த தினமான இன்று, பெண் குழந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு தினமாக தமிழக அரசால் கொண்டாடப் படுகிறது. இதற்கான அரசாணை சமூக நலத் துறையால் நேற்று வெளியிடப்பட்டது. மனித சங்கிலி, பேரணி, கருத்தரங்குகள், பயிற்சிப் பட்டறைகள், தெரு நாடகங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கும் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப் பட்டுள்ளது. இதை அந்தந்த மாவட்ட நிர்வாகங்கள் நடத்த வேண்டும் என்று அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. 72 லட்சம் மரக்கன்றுகள் கடந்த 2011-ம் ஆண்டு முதல் ஜெயலலிதா பிறந்த தினத்தன்று, 

அவரது வயதை குறிப்பிடும் வகையில், வனத்துறை சார்பில் மரக்கன்றுகள் நடும் திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. அந்த வகையில், இந்த ஆண்டு, ஜெயலலிதாவின் 72-வது பிறந்த நாளையொட்டி 72 லட்சம் மரக் கன்றுகள் நடப்பட உள்ளன. சென்னை தலைமைச் செயலக கட்டிடம் அமைந்துள்ள புனித ஜார்ஜ் கோட்டைக்கு எதிரில் உள்ள பொதுப்பணித் துறை பூங்காவில் மரக்கன்றை நட்டு, இத்திட்டத்தை முதல்வர் பழனிசாமி இன்று காலை 9 மணிக்கு தொடங்கி வைக்கிறார். இதைத்தொடர்ந்து தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் நடக்கும் நிகழ்ச்சியில் பெண் குழந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு தின உறுதிமொழி ஏற்கிறார்.

Former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa's 72nd Birthday Celebrated as Child Protection Day 

Today is the 72nd Birthday of former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. Chief Minister Palanisamy has started a program to plant 72 lakh saplings in the State Bill. Jayalalithaa's 72nd Birthday as Prime Minister's General Secretary and 6 times from Tamil Nadu, is celebrated throughout Tamil Nadu today. Various events have been organized on behalf of the AIADMK. 

At the AIADMK headquarters, party coordinator O. Pannirselvam and co-ordinator Palani Sami will be wearing a statue of Jayalalithaa at 10 am this evening. They donate sweets to the volunteers by hoisting the AIADMK party flag. Deputy Co-ordinators KP Munusamy, R. Vaithilingam, President E. Mudusanan, Ministers, MPs, MLAs and administrators participated in the event. On behalf of the AIADMK, Jayalalithaa will be providing welfare assistance to the general public throughout the district. Special rites are also held in the temples. 

Arrangements have been made for various areas such as hospitals, blood donations, medical camps, school supplies and equipment for students. Defense Day Jayalalithaa's birthday will be observed on February 24, the day of the protection of women and children. He also announced 5 projects for women and girls. He said: In particular, children living in government homes, parents and guardians at the age of 21, will be paid Rs 2 lakh each. 

If the parent and guardian of women, who are over 18 years of age and are affected by their safety and economic status after leaving the state children's home, the government will provide a special package for parents up to 50 years of age to ensure their social and economic security. The sum of Rs. 4,000 per month for foster parents to raise orphaned and abandoned children in care homes in Tamil Nadu will be given for 5 years. 

In some districts of Tamil Nadu, where the sex ratio is lower than the average rate, medals and certificates will be awarded to the 3 districts that perform the cradle child program and raise the sex ratio. Similarly, women in the C&T sector, including the Social Security Department, will be given employment opportunities for women who have completed training in Tamil Nadu Government Employees' Choice. Thus the chief minister declared. 

In the footsteps of the announcement of the Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa's birthday is celebrated today by the Government of Tamil Nadu as a protection for women. The order was released yesterday by the Social Welfare Department. The human chain has organized various events, including rallies, seminars, workshops and street plays. It is advised that the respective district administrations be held. 72 lakhs of saplings have been planted on behalf of the Forest Department since 2011, on the birthday of Jayalalithaa. 

Accordingly, 72 lakhs of saplings are to be planted by Jayalalithaa's 72nd birthday this year. Principal Palanisamy will inaugurate the project at 9 am this morning at the Public Works Department Park, opposite the Fort St. George. Following the ceremony at the Secretariat, he accepts the promise of the protection of women and children.
