தற்போது தாங்கள் பணியில் சேர்ந்த நாள் முதல் பணிவரன்முறைப்படுத்தி அதற்கான பணப்பலன் மற்றும் பணிக்கால சலுகைகளை வழங்கிடக் கோரி சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக் கிளையில் வழக்கு WP ( MD ) No . 26671 of 2019 தொடர்ந்துள்ளனர் .
மேற்படி வழக்கின் மீது பார்வையில் கண்டவாறு பெறப்பட்ட தீர்ப்பாணையில் , “ there shall be a direction to the third respondent ( i . e . Director of Elementary Education ) herein to consider the petitioner ' s representation , dated 20 . 08 . 2019 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
It is made clear that this court has not expressed any of its view with regard to the claim made by the petitioners in their representations and it is for the third respondent to consider in it accordance with law . 6 . with the above direction This writ petitions is disposed of , No costs . எனவே , இவ்விரு வழக்குகளின் மீதும் தொடக்கக் கல்வி இயக்குநர் அவர்களால் உரிய ஆணை பிறப்பிக்க ஏதுவாக மேற்கண்ட வழக்குகளில் தொடர்புடைய மற்றும் இதே நிலையில் தங்களது ஆளுகைக்குட்பட்ட ஒன்றியங்களில் பணிபுரியும் இடைநிலை / பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் சார்பாக கீழ்க்குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள
விவரங்களை தனித்தனியாக படிவம் 1 மற்றும் 2ல் பூர்த்தி செய்து இவ்வலுவலக மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கு உடனே அனுப்பிவிட்டு அதன் நகலினை 06 . 02 . 2020 மாலை 3 . 00 மணிக்குள் இரண்டு பிரதிகளில் இவ்வலுவலக அ - 2 பிரிவு உதவியாளரிடம் ஒப்படைக்குமாறு வட்டாரக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள் .

5 . பணி சார்ந்த விவரம் - இணைப்பில் காணும் படிவத்தில் மேலும் , வழக்கின் அவசரம் கருதி உடன் நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொண்டு உரிய காலக் கெடுவிற்கள் தவறாது விவரங்களையும் , தங்களது குறிப்புரையினை அனுப்பி வைத்திட மீளவும் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது .
