சென்னை: ஆசிரியர்கள், அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மீதான ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கைகளை ரத்து செய்யக் கோரி சென்னையில் பத்தாயிரம் ஆசிரியர்கள் உண்ணாவிரதப் போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபடவுள்ளதாக தமிழ்நாடு ஆரம்பப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் கூட்டணி அறிவித்துள்ளது. 

தமிழ்நாடு ஆரம்பப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் கூட்டணியின் மாநிலத் தலைவர் மணிமேகலை, பொதுச்செயலாளர் மயில் ஆகியோர் வெளியிட்ட அறிக்கையில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது: இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்கள் மத்திய அரசு ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு இணையான ஊதியம் வழங்கக் கோரினர். 

அதனடிப்படையில், தமிழ்நாடு ஆரம்பப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் கூட்டணி சார்பில் நடைபெற்ற அரசாணை எரிப்புப் போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டதாக, தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் 1, 500-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள் மீது 21 மாவட்டங்களில் காவல்துறை பதிவு செய்த முதல்தகவல் அறிக்கைகளை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் ரத்து செய்துள்ளது. 

எனவே, காவல்துறையின் முதல்தகவல் அறிக்கையின் பேரில், கல்வித்துறையால் வழங்கப்பட்ட தமிழ்நாடு குடிமைப்பணி (ஒழுங்கு மற்றும் மேல்முறையீடு) விதி 17 (பி)-இன் கீழ் எடுக்கப்பட்ட நடவடிக்கைகளை தமிழக அரசு உடனடியாக ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும். 

ஜாக்டோ ஜியோ வேலைநிறுத்தப் போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்ட 6 ஆயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள், அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மீதான தமிழ்நாடு குடிமைப்பணி (ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கை மற்றும் மேல்முறையீடு) விதி 17(பி)-இன் கீழான நடவடிக்கைகளையும், 

குற்றவியல் நடவடிக்கைகளையும் உடனடியாகத் திரும்பப் பெற வேண்டும். ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மீதான ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கைகள் கடந்த ஓராண்டுக்கும் மேலாக நிலுவையில் உள்ளதால், 7500-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள், அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மிகக் கடுமையாகப் பாதிக்கப்பட்டனர். 

பணி ஓய்வு பெற்றவர்கள், ஓய்வு கால பலன்களைப் பெற முடியாமலும், பணியில் இருப்பவர்கள் பதவி உயர்வு, ஊதிய உயர்வு உள்ளிட்ட பலன்களைப் பெற முடியாத நிலையிலும் உள்ளனர். பாதிக்கப்பட்ட 7, 500-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள், 

அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மீதான ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கைகள் மற்றும் குற்றவியல் நடவடிக்கைகளைத் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு உடனடியாக திரும்பப் பெறக்கோரி வரும் ஏப்.26-ஆம் தேதி சென்னையில் தமிழ்நாடு ஆரம்பப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் கூட்டணி சார்பில் மாநில அளவில் பத்தாயிரம் ஆசிரியர்கள் பங்கேற்கும் தொடர் முழக்கப் போராட்டத்தை நடத்தவுள்ளது என கூறினர்.

Fasting demanding cancellation of disciplinary action against teachers

Tamil Nadu Primary School Teachers Alliance has announced that about 10,000 teachers in Chennai will go on hunger strike demanding the cancellation of disciplinary action against teachers and civil servants. State President of the Tamil Nadu Primary School Teachers Coalition Manimekalai and General Secretary Mayil said in a statement: “Intermediate teachers are demanding equal pay of central government teachers.

Accordingly, the Supreme Court has canceled the first police report in Tamil Nadu on more than 1, 500 teachers across 21 districts in Tamil Nadu, claiming they were involved in a government-controlled combustion case. Therefore, the Tamil Nadu Government should immediately suspend proceedings taken under Article 17 (b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Service (Order and Appeal) Act, issued by the Department of Education.

More than 6,000 teachers engaged in the Jakdo Geo strike must immediately withdraw the proceedings and criminal proceedings under Article 17 (b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Service (Regulation and Appeal) Act. More than 7500 teachers and civil servants have been hit hard, as disciplinary action against teachers and civil servants has been pending for more than a year.

Retirees are unable to receive retirement benefits, while those who work are unable to receive benefits, including promotion and pay. On April 26, Tamil Nadu government will hold a series of protests on behalf of Tamil Nadu Primary School Teachers' Coalition in Tamil Nadu, demanding immediate withdrawal of disciplinary actions and criminal actions against the affected 7, 500 teachers and civil servants.
