கலகலவகுப்பறை வகுப்பறை ஏன் கலகல ன்னு இருக்கணும். நான் படிக்கும்போது வகுப்பறையில் அமைதியா இருன்னு தானே, சொல்லி சொல்லி உட்கார வைக்கப்பட்டேன். இந்த ஆசிராயரின் வகுப்பறை ஏன் பேச்சும், விவாதமுமாக கலகலன்னு இருக்கிறது!! 

ஒன்றாக மேலெழுந்து கீழிறங்கி இரையும் உண்டியலின் குலுங்கல் சத்தம் மட்டும் நமக்கு இனிக்கவே இனிக்கிறது.ஏன்? மாணவர் வகுப்பறையில் பேச வேண்டியதற்கு பேசி, ஆசிரியருடன் பாடியும், பாடலுக்கு இசையையும் எழுப்பும்போது அது கலகல வகுப்பறையாகிறது. 

அட என்ன இது?வகுப்பறை என்பதன் விதிமுறைகள் எல்லாம் தகர்ந்து போயிருக்கிறதே என மேலும் வாசித்தால், நான் படிக்கும்போது எனக்கு ஆசிரியர் எவ்வாறு இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று விரும்பினேனோ அப்படி ஒரு ஆசிரியராய் நான் இருக்க விரும்பினேன் என்கிறார் நூல் ஆசிரியர்,

நாள்தோறும் நிகழ்ந்த வகுப்பறையின் சுவாரசிய நிகழ்ச்சிகளை பதிவுசெய்திருப்பதே கலகல வகுப்பறை புத்தகம். இப்போது ஆசிரியர்களின் முன்னோடியாய், ஒரு ஆசிரியர் எப்படி இருக்க வேண்டுமோ அப்படி ஒரு ஆசிரியராய் நம்முன் கைக்கட்டிச் சிரிக்கிறார் சிவா அவர்கள். 

ஆமாம், வகுப்பறையின் அனைத்து சட்டங்களும் தகர்க்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது அவருடைய வகுப்பறையில். அதில்தான் நாடகம் ஒன்றில் நரியாக நடித்த ஆசிரியரை நினைவில் நிறுத்தி ,தன் ஆசிரியரை ஏய் நரி பயமா? என்று கேட்குமளவு நட்பாக முடிந்திருக்கிறது. 

நாட்குறிப்பு எவ்வளவு முக்கியமான பயிற்சி. என் பணியை எப்படி செய்திருக்கிறேன் என்று என்னை எப்படி நான் மதிப்பீடு செய்துகொள்வது. ஒவ்வொரு ஆசிரியரும் மீண்டும் தன் பணிநாட்களை திரும்பிப்பார்க்க தன் நிறையை படித்து ஊக்கம்பெற, தன் குறைகளை, 

வகுப்பறையில் நிகழ்த்தமுடியாமல் போன செயல்பாடுகளின் ஏக்கத்தினை நினைவில் நிறுத்திக்கொள்ள நாட்குறிப்புதானே உதவும். கலகல வகுப்பறை தமிழில் வெளிவந்துள்ள ஒருஆசிரியரின் முதல் நாட்குறிப்பு தொகுப்பு என நினைக்கிறேன். 

இந்த நாட்குறிப்புகள் நாட்களின் மணித்துளிகளை மாணவருக்கும் ஆசிரியருக்குமான உறவை ஈரத்துடன் உறைய வைக்கின்றன. ஆசிரியர் என்றால் விரைப்புடன் ஒரு மேல்பார்வை பார்க்க வேண்டும் என்ற தோற்றப்பிழையை நீக்கி, அடிப்பது போல பாவனை காட்டும்போதும், 

காமெடி பீசு என ஆறாம் வகுப்பு மாணவனை சொல்லவைக்கிறது. மாணவர்களிடம் பாடத்துடன் வாசிப்பின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை உணரவைக்க, ஆசிரியருடனே பயணம் செய்யும் கதைப்பெட்டியைக் கேட்டால் அது இன்னுமொரு நீண்ட கதையைச் சொல்லும் என நினைக்கிறேன்.

தன்னைப்போலவே நாட்குறிப்பு எழுதும் வழக்கத்தை மாணவருக்கும் ஏற்படுத்தி அதன்மூலம் தனக்குள் ஒரு ஒழுங்கும், தன்னை ஆராயும் திறனையும் வளர்ப்பது ஆசிரியல்களும் பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய ஒன்றாகும். 

கலகல வகுப்பறை வாசிப்பிற்கு பிறகு எனக்கும் வகுப்பறையின் செயல்பாடுகளில் செய்ய வேண்டிய மாற்றங்கள் குறித்து யோசனைகள் தோன்றிக் கொண்டேயிருக்கின்றன. அனைவருமே குழந்தைகளின் சுதந்திரத்தை நோக்கியும், 

அவர்களின் புன்னகையில் ஒளியைக் காணவுமே முயற்சிக்கிறோம். அதை முன்கூட்டியே செய்திருக்கும் நூலாசிரியருக்கு குழந்தைகள் சமுதாயம் என்றென்றும் தன் புன்னகையால் சாமரம் வீசட்டும். 

அதுதான் இந்த நூலைப் படித்தபின்பான மாற்றமாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

After reading the riot classroom, ideas about changes in the activities of my classroom are coming up. We all try to look at children's freedom and see the light in their smiles. 

To the author who has done it in advance, the children's society will forever be blown away by her smile. That should be a change from reading this book.
