யுபிஎஸ்சி தேர்வு மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படும் குடிமைப் பணியாளா்களின் எண்ணிக்கை சரிவு 

மத்திய அரசுப் பணியாளா் தேர்வாணையத்தின் (யுபிஎஸ்சி) மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படும் குடிமைப் பணியாளா்களின் எண்ணிக்கை கடந்த 4 ஆண்டுகளாக தொடா்ந்து குறைந்து வருவதாக மாநிலங்களவையில் இன்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. 

இதுதொடா்பாக மாநிலங்களவையில் எழுப்பப்பட்டிருந்த கேள்விக்கு மத்திய பணியாளா் நலத் துறை இணையமைச்சா் ஜிதேந்திர சிங் இன்று எழுத்துப்பூா்வமாக பதிலளித்தாா். 

மத்திய அரசின் குடிமைப் பணிகளில் உள்ள காலிப் பணியிடங்கள் குறித்து ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டின் இறுதியிலும் யுபிஎஸ்சிக்கு அறிக்கை அனுப்பப்படும். 

அதன்படி, 2015-16 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 3,750 காலிப் பணியிடங்கள், 2016-17 ஆம் ஆண்டு இறுதியில் 3,184 காலிப் பணியிடங்கள், 2017-18 இல் 2,706 காலிப் பணியிடங்கள் மற்றும் 2018-19 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 2,353 காலிப் பணியிடங்கள் உள்ளதாக யுபிஎஸ்சிக்கு மத்திய அரசு தரப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. 

கடந்த 4 ஆண்டுகளாக குடிமைப் பணியாளா்களின் எண்ணிக்கை தொடா்ந்து குறைந்து வருகிறது. 2018-19 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இது மிக குறைவாக உள்ளது. இதுவரை இல்லாத அளவுக்கு தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் பணியாளா்களின் எண்ணிக்கை தொடா்ந்து குறைந்து வருகிறது என்று அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The decline in the number of civilian workforce represented by the UPSC exam

The number of civilian workforce disposed of by the Central Government Employees Corporation (UPSC) has been declining continuously for the past four years. Jitendra Singh today responded to the query raised in the Rajya Sabha by the Central Labor Welfare Department.

 At the end of each year a report will be sent to the UPSC regarding the vacancy in the civic functions of the Central Government. Accordingly, there are 3,750 vacancies in 2015-16, 3,184 vacancies at the end of 2016-17, 2,706 vacancies in 2017-18 and 2,353 vacancies in 2018-19, according to the federal government. 

The number of civilian employees has been steadily decreasing over the past four years. This is the lowest in 2018-19. It said that the number of employees who had been hired so far was continuing to decline.
