பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் தேர்வு! பீதியில் ஆசிரியர்கள்!
நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள தொடக்கப் பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் நடுநிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் தேர்வின் அடிப்படையில் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களை தேர்வு செய்ய மத்திய மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகம் அனுமதி அளித்துள்ளது.

நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள அரசுப் பள்ளிகளுக்கு தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் பணி மூப்பின் அடிப்படையிலேயே தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுகின்றனர். நீண்ட காலம் ஆசிரியராக பணி புரியும் ஒருவர் தலைமை ஆசிரியராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுகிறார்.
இதனால் பல நடுநிலை மற்றும் தொடக்க பள்ளிகளில் போதிய அளவு தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் இல்லாத நிலை உள்ளதாக கூறப்படுகிறது. இந்நிலையில் மத்திய மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிவிப்பின்படி
தலைமை ஆசிரியர் காலி பணியிடங்களை தேர்வு நடத்தி நிரப்ப அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனால் நீண்ட காலம் பணியில் இருந்து தலைமை ஆசிரியை பணிக்காக காத்திருப்பவர்கள் பாதிக்கப்படுவார்கள் என ஆசிரியர்கள் தரப்பிலிருந்து எதிர்ப்பு கிளம்பியுள்ளது.
கேரளா இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்துள்ள நிலையில், பஞ்சாப், பீகார் போன்ற மாநிலங்கள் தேர்வு நடத்துவதற்கான முன்னேற்பாடுகளை செய்து வருகின்றன. ஆனால் இதுகுறித்து தமிழக அரசு எந்த அறிவிப்பும் இதுவரை வெளியிடவில்லை என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
Selection for School Headmasters! Teachers in panic!
The Ministry of Human Resources Development has approved the selection of Headmasters in the selection of primary schools and secondary schools across the country.
