பகுதிநேர ஆசிரியர்கள் ஊதிய உயர்வு கோரி மனு..!

பற்றாக்குறை ஊதியத்துடன் 10 ஆண்டுகளாகத் தவித்து வரும் பகுதிநேர ஆசிரியர்கள் ஊதிய உயர்வு, பணி நிரந்தரம் உள்ளிட்ட கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி தமிழக அரசுக்கு கருணை மனு அனுப்பி வருகின்றனர். 

அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் உடற்கல்வி, ஓவியம், தையல், இசை உள்ளிட்ட பாடங்களை கற்றுத் தருவதற்காக 2011-12-ஆம் கல்வியாண்டில் 16,549 சிறப்பாசிரியர்கள் பகுதிநேரமாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர். அதில் 12 ஆயிரம் பேர் மாதம் 7 ஆயிரத்து 700 ரூபாய் ஊதியத்தில் பணியாற்றி வருகின்றனர்.

எவ்வித பணப் பலன்களும் இல்லாமல் சொற்ப ஊதியத்தில் பணியாற்றி வரும் தங்களுக்கு பணி நிரந்தரம் செய்து, காலமுறை ஊதியம் வழங்கக் கோரி தமிழக அரசிடம் மனு அளித்துள்ளனர். 

பகுதி நேர ஆசிரியர்களை நிரந்தரம் செய்வது குறித்து பரிசீலிப்பதாக அமைச்சர் செங்கோட்டையன் அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டும், அவை நடைமுறைக்கு வராததால் தற்போது அரசுக்கு கருணை மனு அனுப்பி வருகின்றனர்.

கோரிக்கைகளை நிறைவேற்றாவிட்டால் ஜெயலலிதாவின் சமாதியில் கருணை மனு சமர்ப்பிக்கும் போராட்டம் நடத்தப்படும் எனக் கூறுகின்றனர். பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறையைத் தவிர பிற துறைகளில் தொகுப்பூதிய அடிப்படையில் பணிபுரிவோருக்கு பணிநிரந்தரம் சாத்தியமாகும் நிலையில், 

மாணவர்களுக்கு கல்வி போதிக்கும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் அரசு கருணை காட்ட வேண்டும் என கோரிக்கை எழுந்துள்ளது.

Petition for salary increase for part time teachers ..!

Part-time teachers who have been living with scarce wages for 10 years are appealing to the Government of Tamil Nadu to demand demands for salary increases and permanent employment. In the 2011-12 academic year, 16,549 specialists were recruited part-time to teach subjects including physical education, painting, sewing and music in government schools. Of this, 12 thousand people are working on a monthly salary of Rs. They have filed a petition to the Government of Tamil Nadu demanding permanent pay and periodic remuneration for those who are working on a minimum wage without any monetary benefits.

Minister Sengottaiyan has announced that he is considering the permanent appointment of part-time teachers, but they are currently appealing to the government for their non-implementation. There is a demand for the government to extend mercy to the teachers who teach the students, as there is a possibility of work placement in the fields other than school education.
