டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி தேர்வில் ஆதார் எண் கட்டாயம் TNPSC

தொடர் முறைகேடு புகார்கள் காரணமாக டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி தேர்வு நடைமுறைகளில் பல்வேறு மாற்றங்கள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. போட்டித் தேர்வுகளில் பங்கேற்க தேர்வர்களுக்கு ஆதார் எண் கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

தமிழக அரசுத் துறைகளில் உள்ள பல்வேறு பணியிடங்கள், தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர் வாணையம் (டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி) நடத் தும் தேர்வுகள் மூலம் நிரப்பப்படு கின்றன. இதற்கிடையே டிஎன்பி எஸ்சியின் குரூப் 4, குரூப் 2-ஏ தேர்வு களில் நடைபெற்ற முறைகேடுகள் அடுத்தடுத்து வெளியாகி சர்ச் சையை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது. இது தொடர்பாக சிபிசிஐடி போலீஸார் விசாரித்து வருகின்றனர். இதைத் தொடர்ந்து இனி முறைகேடு களை தவிர்க்கும் விதமாக தேர்வு நடைமுறைகளில் பல்வேறு மாற் றங்களை டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி செய்துள் ளது. அதன்படி நீட் தேர்வு போல டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி தேர்வுகளுக்கு ஆதார் எண் கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதுகுறித்து டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி செயலாளர் நந்தகுமார் வெளியிட்ட அறிவிப்பில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:

தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் நடத்திய சில தேர்வுகளில் விரும்பத்தகாத முறைகேடுகள் நிகழ்ந்துள்ளன. இதையடுத்து தேர்வாணையத் தின் அனைத்து செயல்பாடுகளிலும் வெளிப்படைத்தன்மையை உறுதி செய்வதற்காக தேர்வு நடைமுறை யில் சில சீர்த்திருத்தங்கள் மேற் கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளன. அதன்படி ஒவ்வொரு தேர்வின் முடிவிலும் இறுதியாக தேர்வானவர்களின் அனைத்து விவரமும் இணைய தளத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும். அந்த வகையில் கடந்த ஆண்டு நடை பெற்ற குரூப் 1 தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி யடைந்த 181 பேரின் விவரங்கள் இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றப் பட்டுள்ளன. தேர்வு நடவடிக்கைகள் முடிந்த பின் தேர்வர்களின் விடைத்தாள் நகல்களை இணையதளம் வழி யாக உரிய கட்டணம் செலுத்தி பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

மேலும், தினமும் கலந்தாய்வு நடைபெறும் நாட்களின் முடிவில் துறை, மாவட்டம் மற்றும் இடஒதுக்கீடு வாரியாக நிரம்பிய இடங்கள் மற்றும் காலிப்பணியிடங்களின் விவரம் இணையத்தில் வெளி யிடப்படும். இவ்விரு நடைமுறை களும் ஏப்ரல் 1-ம் தேதி முதல் அமலுக்கு வரும். தேர்வர்களின் நலன்கருதியே அவர்கள் விருப்பப்படி தேர்வு மையத்தை தேர்வு செய்யும் நடை முறை பின்பற்றப்படுகிறது.

இனி தேர்வர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கும் போது 3 மாவட்டங்களை தங்கள் தேர்வு மைய விருப்பமாக குறிப்பிட வேண்டும். தேர்வெழுதும் மையங் களை தேர்வாணையமே ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யும். இதேபோல், ஒருவர் ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங் களை பதிவு செய்வதை தவிர்க்க விண்ணப்பிக்கும் போது ஆதார் எண்ணை அளிப்பது கட்டயமாக் கப்படும். தேர்வர்களின் விரல் ரேகையை ஆதார் தகவலுடன் ஒப் பிட்டு சரிபார்த்த பின்னரே மையத் துக்குள் அனுமதிக்கப்படுவர். இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட் டுள்ளது.

Aadhaar number mandatory TNPSC in TNPSC exam

The various workplaces in Tamil Nadu government departments are filled by the Tamil Nadu Government Employee Examination Board (DNPSC). Meanwhile, irregularities in DNP SC's Group 4 and Group 2-A selections have emerged in the wake of a church scandal. CBCID police are investigating the matter. Following this, DNPSC has implemented various methods in the selection process to avoid further irregularities. Accordingly, the Aadhaar number is mandatory for DNPSC exams like the NEET exam. In a statement, DNBSC secretary Nandakumar said:

Some of the exams conducted by the Tamil Nadu Government Employee Service Board have been undesirable. Subsequently, some adjustments have been made to the selection procedure to ensure transparency in all the functions of the selection process. Accordingly, at the end of each examination, all the details of the finalists will be posted on the website. The details of the 181 candidates who passed last year's Group 1 exam have been uploaded to the website.

After the selection process, the answer sheet of the examiner can be obtained through the website for a reasonable fee. Also, at the end of the day's consultation, the department, district and reservation wise details of places and vacancies will be revealed on the internet. Both procedures will come into effect on April 1. The style of the selection center is chosen according to the wishes of the candidates.

When selecting applicants, they should refer to the 3 districts as their center of choice. The selector will allocate the selection centers. Similarly, it is mandatory to provide Aadhaar number when applying to avoid registering more than one application. Only after checking the fingerprints of the candidates with Aadhaar information is allowed in the center panel. It says so.
