WhatsApp மூலம் சிலிண்டர் முன்பதிவு செய்யும் வசதி இந்தியன் ஆயில் நிறுவனம் தொடக்கம் 

சமையல் எரிவாயு சிலிண்டர்களை வாட்ஸ்-அப் மூலம் முன்பதிவு செய்யும் சேவையை இந்தியன் ஆயில் நிறுவனம் தொடங்கியுள்ளதாக அந்நிறுவனத்தின் நிர்வாக இயக்குநர் ஜெயதேவன் கூறியுள்ளார். இதுகுறித்து, இந்தியன் ஆயில் நிறுவனத் தின் (தமிழகம் மற்றும் புதுவை) நிர்வாக இயக்குநர் பி.ஜெயதேவன் சென்னையில் நேற்று செய்தியாளர்களிடம் கூறியதாவது: 

 தமிழகத்தில் 2.38 கோடி எல்பிஜி வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் உள்ளனர். இதில், இந்தியன் ஆயில் நிறுவனத்துக்கு 1.36 கோடி வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் உள்ளனர். தமிழகம் முழுவதும் உள்ள 12 பாட்டிலிங் பிளான்ட்கள் மூலம் சுமார் 2.65 கோடி இண்டேன் சிலிண்டர்கள் தயாரிக்கப்படுகின்றன. சமையல் எரிவாயு சிலிண்டர்களை தொலைபேசி மூலம் முன்பதிவு செய்யும் முறை தற்போது நடைமுறையில் உள்ளது.

அதில் வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தங்களது கருத்தைப் பதிவு செய்யலாம். வீட்டு உபயோக சிலிண்டர்கள் சிலவற்றை கடைகளில் பயன்படுத்தி விட்டு மீண்டும் கொண்டு வந்து வீடுகளில் விநியோகிக்கப்படுவதால் அவற்றின் எடை குறைவாக உள்ளதாக வாடிக்கையாளர்களிடம் இருந்து புகார்கள் வருகின்றன. எனவே, வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் சிலிண்டர்களை வாங்கும்போது அவற்றின் எடை பரிசோதித்து தருமாறு சிலிண்டர் சப்ளை செய்யும் ஊழியரிடம் வலியுறுத்த வேண்டும். 

 சிலிண்டருக்கான மானியத் தொகை குறித்த விவரம் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு எஸ்எம்எஸ் மூலம் தெரிவிக்கும் புதிய சேவைi விரைவில் தொடங்கப்படும். வீடுகளுக்கு குழாய் மூலம் எரிவாயு இணைப்பு வழங்கும் திட்டம் சென்னையில் அடுத்த ஆண்டு அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும். மின்சார வாகனங்களுக்கு பேட்டரி சார்ஜ் செய்வதற்கான சார்ஜிங் ஸ்டேஷன் சென்னையில் மூன்று இடங்களில் அமைக்கப்பட உள்ளது. இவ்வாறு ஜெயதேவன் கூறினார்.

Indian Oil Company launches cylinder booking facility through WhatsApp

Indian Oil Company has started the service of booking cooking gas cylinders through WhatsApp, said Jaydevan, Managing Director of the company. Indian Oil Company Managing Director P Jayadevan told reporters in Chennai yesterday:

 There are 2.38 crore LPG customers in Tamil Nadu. Of this, Indian Oil has 1.36 crore customers. About 2.65 crore indane cylinders are manufactured by 12 bottling plants across Tamil Nadu. Telephone booking of cooking gas cylinders is currently in effect.

 In this case, a new method of booking cylinder through watts-up has been introduced. Reservations can be made through WhatsApp to 7588888824. This cylinder must be booked from the mobile number already registered. In addition, Indian Oil Company sends a link through SMS to the customer to ensure that the service is properly received from the distributor's side with proper charge, proper weight, sealing and leaks.

Customers can post their comments. There are complaints from customers that some of their home cylinders are being used in stores and that they are being shipped back home. Therefore, customers should insist on cylinder supply staff to check their weight when purchasing cylinders.

 The new service will be launched shortly to inform customers via SMS that the subsidy amount for the cylinder is available. A pipeline to supply gas to homes will be introduced next year in Chennai. A charging station for charging batteries for electric vehicles is to be set up in three locations in Chennai. Thus said Jayadevan.
